A very pleasant hotel with Western comfort. My room was very quiet, the pocket spring mattress was a treat for my bad back and the curtains made it nice and dark at night. As a bonus, it was easy to connect my smartphone to the TV to watch my own shows. The breakfast was good, with a good selection of fresh produce. I liked that there was a little bit of variation in the breakfast every morning. Those small things make a stay special. I changed to this hotel after a few nights of bad sleep at a different hotel in Atyrau, and I'm unbelievably happy I did.

I want to share my experience so the hotel can understand the customer situation. The second receptionist’s behaviour was very unprofessional. Whenever I asked for help, she ignored me. When I requested my bill, she said the printer was not working. Later, when I asked for my receipt again, she even blocked my number on WhatsApp. I also informed her that the AC was not working, and she told me to “open the windows because the weather is good.” When I asked for assistance in ordering food, she replied that she is “not a delivery agent.” I really don’t understand how the hotel can hire staff who behave like this. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel Receptionist number - 4607 last
