Amazing spot! Great beach! The resort was beautiful, calm and clean. Hospitality was great, room very clean. Food was amazing!!!! We really recommend to visit the hotel. If you look for a quick place only 15 min from Arugam bay. Don’t miss it!

The hotel is SUPER! The best hotel during my entire trip to Sri Lanka (I was in more than 15 hotels in 24 days). Very cozy atmosphere. There are only 6 bungalows in hotels, it's not overcrowded. Delicious food, better than in the most cafes on the island. Very comfortable and friendly hosts! The pool is great! Everything is thought out - deck chairs, a place for sunbathing right in the water. The pool is surrounded of palm trees! It's about 50-100 meters to the sea. The only negative thing for lovers of flat water is big waves on the coast. Therefore, I spent 3 days next to the pool and absolutely happy about this! ))) But also it has a very beautiful sunrise! You should check in my photos

A great place for those who appreciate comfort and service. The staff was very kind and helpful, any request was fulfilled in a short time. You could relax and enjoy your holiday. Pleased with the cleanliness of the pool - it was cleaned every morning. The guests of the hotel are also nice people, mostly Europeans who have a rest without children. The room has many pleasant little things that are made with love. The bed is magnificent, every time I lay down on it, it was as if I fell into a cloud.

This hotel is brand new, so everything feels clean, fresh, and modern. The facilities are excellent — each room has a lovely outdoor chill-out area, and the garden adds a nice relaxing touch. The location is quiet but close enough to walk to the beach. The accommodation is basic but fully functional and I had the best sleep here each night out of my whole 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. Enjoyed being able to choose breakfast from the menu. Rifai and family were very friendly and Rifai helped with all my questions and arranged a tuktuk for me. The family have recently opened this accommodation and are currently building another room. Please support local!

Swiss Bay is perfectly located right at the start of Arugam Bay’s main street. From the balcony, you can spot the elephant viewpoint where an elephant usually visits in the mornings and evenings. The beach is just a quick 2–3 minute walk across the road, making the location absolutely ideal. We stayed in the corner room with an L-shaped balcony, and it was just amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities you’d expect from a top-notch stay. Even the bathroom stood out — we genuinely loved it. Everything matched the pictures and description perfectly, so you get exactly what’s promised. The caretaker and the owner were both incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel at home right away. They even allowed us a late checkout since our shuttle was leaving at 1 pm, which we really appreciated. On our last day, they treated us to a banana shake that was absolutely delicious — such a sweet gesture. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate — go for it! We’re already certain we’ll be staying here again.
