The best decision for my first nights ever in Sri Lanka. I couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful and caring landing than being welcomed by Bernard and his amazing team. Check in at 3.30 am, no problem, late breakfast, no problem, advise what to visit and do, no problem. No question was too much. The location is super clean, green and you can feel the dedication for this place. Just incredible. They even brought me to the local bus station, carried all my luggage & made sure I am safe and sound. Sweet plus, you get to see wonderful bridal couples as the colonial house is a famous shooting spot in the morning. Beautiful experience. I already booked my last 2 nights when I leave the country.

It was my last day after 1 month traveling in SEA and it was probably the best hospitality i ever had. Due to an issue with my visa I wasn't in the best mood when i arrived but Terin welcomed me like i was part of his family, offered me a beer and we talked like long time friends. Such a lovely person that deserves only the best in life. If you need to spend a night near Bandaranaike airport, look no further than here, you will have a blast.

We really enjoyed the company of the hosts Sonja and Bernard. They made excellent food and helped us out whenever we needed it. A great place to start your trip in Sri Lanka. The pool was well needed in the sun, and the birds and flying foxes at night made for exceptional entertainment. We loved the ro oms and the beds were very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here!

Very very friendly staff. The owner is trying his best to make our stay confortable. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and friendly. The pictures on Booking are bad because the building is amazing and the reality is better than pictures. Very nice and big garden and very beautifull and clean pool. Room was huge and very clean. Bathroom was very nice as well.
