When me and my best friend arrived in the beautiful Tikida Golf Palace in Agadir, we felt immediately the tranquility of the place. The purple and red flowers. The white bougainvillea. And the ducks greeting you every emorning. This place is beyond. And in this beautiful hotel you find a spa that is lead by this petite, stylish and kind woman Khadija. We chose for a manicure and a pedicure on the day of arrival. We were impressed. Then I chose for a hamam treatment and my friend for a relax massage. It was beyond! The products they use smell like the most beautiful flower, and for the massage Samira chose an oil of Argan & Musk. We took four bottles of the oil back home. It was the best we ever smelled! And one evening my friend felt tension in her neck it was Khadija who took care of her. She adviced her to use the warm jacuzzi to make the tension go away. It helped. Do I need to say that Khadija did not charge for this, it was just to take care of her guests as she would do for her family. We will never forget this. And all the people from the hotel, restaurant and housekeeping will be in our heart, just soms names: Mounir, Touafik, Driss, Iman, Fedoua, Ayoub and Jihad thanks for taking care of us. And all the ones I dis not mention: Thank you! For the jokes and the best coffee. We wish you all the very best, Fatima & Sabah.

Everythjng about this is great from the location, staff, cleanliness, food, etc. We were four girls travelling together and loved this hotel, the staff were so good, everywhere was clean with fresh towels and water each day. it’s located right at the beach (definitely recommend a sea view room) and there’s a patio bar where you can sit and eat/drink looking into the beach. The pool was really good with slides and another bar/restaurant at that side. Room includes safe, mini fridge and kettle at no extra cost.

Good located hotel.Great staff, perfect housekeeping service provided by lovely Samira. At day time we had nice time by pool, people are so nice there, at specially waiters Mouhamed and Usain. Breakfast was ok, just missed cheese in menue. All day we had opportunity to take part in different activities, so never was boring. Pedro and Ricko take care about us to have great and fun time in activitys. Every evening there was Mini Disco and some show.

The promenade and beach were are go to. Good choice of restaurants. Clean and safe resort. There was a lot of building work going on in the city itself but this didn't deter from our relaxing stay in Agadir

Booking.com 's representation of where this apartment is is...

Booking.com 's representation of where this apartment is is totally inaccurate.They show it as being in the middle of Taghazout. It is not, it is miles from anywhere. £8 in a taxi to get into Taghazout, no real restaurants or shops near by. Contacted the apartment agents but the lady was so rude and unhelpful. We ended up having to move to Agadir and having to spend extra money on a hotel. Totally disappointed in booking .com. Looking for some kind of compensation as we are £300 out of pocket because we had to book a hotel as we could not spend 9 days in the middle of nowhere.Totally misled by booking.com's picture of the location of the apartment.

Whether you're a surfer chasing the longest wave in Africa, a yogi in search of stillness, or a traveler wanting to unplug and reconnect, Imsouane has a quiet magic that gets under your skin. The pace here is beautifully slow — sunrise surf sessions, fresh fish straight from the harbor, golden hour strolls along the cliffs, and starry skies at night. It’s not a party town; it’s a place to exhale. Locals are kind and welcoming, the surf community is humble and open, and everything you need is within a short walk: cafés, beach shacks, viewpoints, and nature. There's an authenticity here that’s increasingly rare. After visiting many many countries, I can honestly say Imsouane is one of those few places I carry in my heart long after leaving. I will definitely be back!!

There are some great surf spots within a short drive and...

There are some great surf spots within a short drive and good value restaurants. Beyond this, there is not much to do. The neighboured seems safe though is a little dirty. There are some very friendly locals though it feels like most just want to make money out of you rather than have a genuine interaction. There are also unofficial 'parking attendants' everywhere who force you to pay to park in free parking areas.

The instructors were friendly and professional, making it easy to learn and improve. Riad was authentic Moroccan style. Loved being there. Ocean was close by - about 7 minutes walk - and we loved being on the beach and hearing the sound of the waves. Guided hiking was great and we enjoyed bartering in the souk in Agadir. We visited a women's collective on our way to the anti Atlas with great organic oils and an educational tour of the gardens. That was fabulous - no pushy selling. We ate mainly in the hotel but there were many good places to eat inexpensively near by. Getting around was easy - taxi for us. We liked walking in the village for an authentic sense of Moroccan life for ordinary people.

Imi ouaddar isn’t a true representation of what I think Morocco is like. It’s soulless, lacks charm and I would recommend visiting somewhere else if asked. It’s a massively rushed developed area without any thought or interest in what I would say in its truest self, the real Morocco.

It was my 2nd time in 16 years visiting Agadir.

It was my 2nd time in 16 years visiting Agadir. Personally, for a cheap getaway, there are other options to consider. If I was to return and the budget allowed, I would spend extra and choose a 5 star resort.

Lovely resort with great surf.

Lovely resort with great surf. Old fishing town which meant there was some noise in the morning. Nice restaurants and stalls and 3 different beaches walkable from centre. Not sure if we were unlucky but there was noise/music in early hours a couple of nights.

Lots of building works.

Lots of building works. In 5 - 10 years this place will be like the Bali of Morrocco. Some really nice chilled cafes and restaurants, some attached to hotels. Great views from the cliff tops so you can watch the surfing. Good vegetarian food, smoothies and drinks. Loved Imi Surf house for meals.
