The tent was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up, blending desert charm with modern comfort. Every detail was just right.
The food was delicious fresh, flavorful, and prepared with so much care. Every meal felt like a special occasion.
We’re so grateful for the amazing service and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect escape, and we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time.

Ibrahim, a very peaceful and polite man who manages the restaurant , was amazing always with smiles .Mohamed ,the host ,He was also incredibly helpful and he organized all the activities for us.
The tent is good, thinking about it’s in the middle of desert ,it was really well maintained with private toilet and the shower had very warm water in the evening when I needed to bathe. The food was good and enough (dinner and breakfast were included in the price).overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

AndorraThe location was absolutely amazing! If I could rate this camp more than 10I would. The camp is located in the middle of the beautiful sand dunes. The tents are spacious, beds are comfortable, like 5- star hotel comfortable. The inside "walls" of the tends are in velvet. On the floor there are warm, soft and beautiful carpets made locally by the berber community. At night the tents are heated with actual heaters! Bedding and towels are changed daily. The toilet worked perfectly and the shower as well: hot and very good pressure. But the best part were the hosts: a group of young berber guys who welcomed us as if we were family. The kindness, hospitality and generosity my husband and I experienced is probably the best of all our travels. We spent 4 nights at the camp and we truly felt like at home. The food was delicious and healthy, all made with products grown at the camp or locally. Each guest was provided with a heavy kaftan for the cold desert nights. After dinner hosts and guests would gather around a fire and we listened to beautiful live tribal music and chants, while looking at the moon and the stars. The experience was mystical and healing. The camp also provided activities such as dromedary back riding in the dunes, quads, and a tour of different parts of the desert where the nomadic berber tribes live. I recommend this camp to any traveler who wants to experience the desert in a comfortable, exciting and relaxing way. What a blast we had!

The cleanliness was exemplary, and the decor was very tasteful. The Riad supports local crafts. The meals are excellent, and it's possible to request a special dish in advance. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and very engaging. It's like staying with old friends. We had a great time with Barri, the owner. The photos on the website accurately reflect reality.

FranceThe camp is located in the middle of the desert far from the town.Once you arrive to Merzouga , you will park your car in the private parking of the camp and transfer to the camp with 4*4 or camel (I highly recommend 4*4 go and back and camel just 1h for sunset ). The staff was very friendly and very hospitable. The room was basic but clean (but you can’t avoid there was sand in the tent ). The breakfast and dinner were very good. at night there was music and dance after they would teach us drums. my Very beautiful and authentic experience.

We highly recommendSahara Desert Luxury Camp. We think it’s a best choice if you want to stay in Sahara Desert. It is a wonderful place and we were happy to stay for two nights. The room is comfortable, the food is delicious and the view is beautiful. In the dinner of the second night, the one of our dish was noodles, which surprised us, because I wanted to eat noodles very much, the noodles with the sauce was really delicious, very similar to Chinese noodles.
Also, there is a viewing position near the camp, you can sit in a chair to watch the stars,sunrise and sunset, the staff was very patient to tell us the sunrise time and the best viewing position, thank you.
We also tried driving an ATV activity on the desert, a particularly interesting and fun activity. The staff was kind to take photos and videos of us, and always cared if we were in good states while driving the ATV. And on the last night, when we were wondering about the rest of our stay in Morocco, the staff were very helpful.
It was a wonderful and kind place. There are many beautiful moments here that cannot be fully expressed in words. When we come to Sahara Desert next time, we will definitely come back to Sahara Desert Luxury Camp and look forward to seeing each other again. Thanks.

The Kasbah Mohayut is ideally located next to the Erg Cherbi, your desert playground full of adventures.
The property is laid out as a walled compound with common facilities in the middle -indoor and outdoor restaurants, bar, terrace overlooking the dunes, beautiful pool and outdoor lounge areas- and rooms on the outside.
The architecture is based on traditional adobe Kasbah and features beautiful patios with bougainvilliers bushes and rose beds. All of the property looks and feels exactly like its online pictures: full of charm and traditional berber architecture.
Th outdoor dining area is divided up into charming small nooks separated by plants, flower beds, and gazebos, making for charming meals -which are well prepared and tasty.
The large pool is luminous (although quite cold in November) and is surrounded with loungers and semi-private spaces that ensure that everyone can enjoy this beautiful space without feeling crowded in.
The rooms are large and very clean featuring separate shower rooms (with plenty of hot water).
Altogether a highly enjoyable stay -we will definitely come back.

The location was just perfect. Nestled among the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, of all the desert camps we saw when doing activities. Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps had the very best location. The staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay in the Sahara Desert. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they answered our every question. They were extremely polite, welcoming and kind and made our stay memorable. All the activities we wanted to do such as camel trekking and Quad biking were right there at our finger tips and organised by the staff whenever we requested something. The camp was so peaceful and the ambience in the desert was surreal. I would recommend a two night stay so you don’t have to rush away and can enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert in a leisurely way.

Very nice, typical hotel, personalized welcome. Outdoor parking on site. Relaxing atmosphere. Very pleasant pool with an exceptional view of the dunes. Second pool heated to 32 degrees and clean... wow it's wonderful to swim there in the evening with a starry sky. The food is delicious. Beer and wine at a reasonable price. Extraordinary, helpful and supportive staff. A detour is essential to discover this wonderful place, located at the gateway to the desert. One of the best places to explore the dunes. Asphalt road to the Riad.

We liked everything, the apartment was clean and spacious, and all the necessities were there. The staff are professionals, they were kind and helped us with everything we needed especially Hassan at the reception, Ismail and Fatima at the kitchen, and the other people whose names I don't know. The food was authentic and homemade.
I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Merzouga.

This place was beautiful, hard to describe. You are immerse inside the desert with views hard to beat. Our tent had all we need it from beautiful bathroom , electricity outlets and full king size bed. The staff was amazing special shout out for Mubarak. We did camel ride for sunrise and it was magical with no one around . Just wish we stayed 2 nights

A very nice place to stay in the desert, right next to the sand dunes. The host, Ibrahim, was very kind, welcomed us with mint tea and snacks and helped us book activities. The camel ride at sunset was great, our guide Omar did his best to make the experience unforgettable.

We visited several camps during our trip, but this one stood out. The attention to detail, the friendly staff, and the delicious dinner were amazing. The atmosphere was both romantic and adventurous. We loved watching the stars by the fire after dinner.

It was the perfect place for us to meet and get some rest the night before heading to Merzouga! Hassan is a lovely person and was super helpful in getting to and from his home. His home is extremely clean and spacious. Hassan was a great host! I would highly recommend his home.

had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful mountain hotel. The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sight of mist rolling over the peaks was like a dream. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful tips for exploring the area. My room was cozy, spotless, and perfectly blended modern comfort with rustic charm. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, especially after a day of hiking. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, nature, and a touch of luxury. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is not in Tinejdad proper, it is in nearby El-khorbat. We did not see a lot in Tinejdad: the hotel was the highlight of the neighbourhood.
The khettaras are close to Tinejdad in Jorf and we enjoyed visiting that.

Arriving at Les Roches Desert Camp felt like entering another world. The camp is surrounded by golden dunes and decorated beautifully with traditional Moroccan touches. Our tent had everything — comfortable beds, lights, and a private bathroom. The sunset, the food, and the Berber music made it a night we’ll always remember.

It's a real mountain village..people are friendly but rough. Wanted to visit the wedding festival but unfortunately the dates available on the internet were incorrect. If you are interested in the wedding festival then please contact the local hotels to get information.

I always wanted to stay in the Sahara Desert, and this camp made it come true. Comfortable beds, great food, and lovely staff. They even surprised us with traditional music around the fire. Such a warm experience.
