IrelandWe had the most amazing experience with these guys! They really went above and beyond to provide us with the best service. They arranged for us to rent quad bikes, brought us to see the sunset over the dunes, took us on a ride to take pics with camels, offered a lovely dinner and breakfast and even played traditional music around the fire at night. The hosts were always around telling us stories about the desert and their lifestyle. It really was the best experience we had in the days we spent in Morocco. All for a reasonable price and with lots of comfort. 11/10.

United StatesAll the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The cabins were spotless and well-maintained, set in a quiet and beautiful location. The food was delicious. A special mention goes to Med, the camel boy — such a kind and friendly person. Not only did he guide us on a wonderful camel ride, but he also entertained us during the Berber festival and shared many interesting stories about his culture. Truly an unforgettable experience! 10/10

A truck is available to take you to meet the camels, and the sunset camel ride is breathtaking. The meeting spot is also extremely pleasant, with a safe parking area. The tents are fantastic, the food is delicious, the campsite is lovely, and everyone is really kind. After supper there's a lively and cheerful fire and music. The stars, the stars, wonderful. The sunrise is visible from the campsite itself. Just outside my tent, after morning, I practiced yoga on the carpet! Our favorite meal in Morocco was breakfast. I really suggest this camp for your journey to the Sahara.

The place is just like - if not better - than what you see in the pictures. Their kitchen is great - their beef tangine was out of this world.

We are delighted to have chosen Golden Camps & Oasis for our stay in the desert, our experience in the Sahara could not have been better and their entire team exceeded all of our expectations.
The entire team is focus to every small detail to make this visit unforgettable.
We met part of the team at the Merzouga cafe, where we tried Berber pizza and headed to the camp on dromedaries with our fantastic guide Mohamed, he also accompanied us the next day to see the sunrise from the camp.
Cozy welcome to the camp with typical Moroccan cookies and mint tea. The tent was spotless, cozy and very comfortable for a family of 4, with a private bathroom, shower, air conditioning or heating.
Delicious Moroccan dinner: eggplant tajin, lemon chicken, soup, vegetables. After eating we enjoyed the cheerful bereber music and dance around a bonfire, kids had chance to learn to play the drums. Atmosphere was very pleasant and familiar. Savory and yummy breakfast, with fruits, tajin with eggs and all the Moroccan delicacies.
My children did sandboarding near the camp and perhaps if we had had more time we would have liked to do the buggy excursion.
We would definitely stay at Golden Camps & Oasis again without hesitation and we recommend this camp to anyone who wants to make this visit to the Sahara unforgettable.

Experiencing the desert in this beautiful camp is a life defining experience.
From the start, we were well taken care of with clear directions on the meeting point, followed by a interesting 4x4 bumpy ride through the sands to the camp which is a distance in from the paved roads, passing by rudimentary Berber villages. Upon reaching the camp, we were checked into a comfortable, spacious camp and then off on a camel ride to a vantage point, with the dunes in the yonder and the setting sun on the horizon, a truly subliminal experience.
Back to camp for a delicious dinner, huge portions to finish. Following that was a fine drum and singing performance by the locals before the campfire, which was certainly fun to partake in too! To round off the night, we were brought to a view point for a unobscured starry sky, the type of experience which brings out your inner philosopher.
Off to a deep, restful sleep in the comfortable bed and the next morning was again another feast with the best food.
Only regret was the short amount of time we had there due to the long distances we had to travel to get there and out of there. Truly a magical experience, especially due to all the staff of Kam Kam Dunes who were warm, engaging and knowledgeable and spared no effort to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. It was my first time there and my second time for my partner. It was perfect.
We arrived in Hassilabied in the evening, our coach was delayed but Hassan was messaging us throughout our journey and was there to meet us when the coach finally arrived. We absolutely loved the location and our stay.
There was dinner ready for us when we arrived, and the staff were friendly and caring, which was lovely and welcoming.
We were supposed to stay for one night only but we decided to stay an extra night. The next morning, we had a delicious traditional breakfast on the terrace with the most beautiful view of the desert dunes. Absolutely breathtaking.
During the day we relaxed by the pool, walked around the small village and had lovely conversations with the locals.
In the evening we had an amazing dinner with so much food, including tajine and a perfect berber omelette. The internet connection was good and enabled us to watch the World Cup football match which was very exciting.
We will definitely be coming back and staying there again. We cannot thank everyone enough for how well and caring they were. This place now feels like home to us. Thank you!

We spent one evening here, and it was wonderful. We got a lovely big room in another building next to the big kasbah called 'the dune house', very pretty. The owner was waiting for us to give a tour of the house and was very welcoming. The dinner offered in the hotel was very good. We got to do stargazing with binoculars and laser while the owner told us about all the stars and how the nomads used them to navigate, very interesting. The breakfast the next morning was just lovely with a superb view. Would totally recommend, and especially the stargazing!!

Very nice, typical hotel, personalized welcome. Outdoor parking on site. Relaxing atmosphere. Very pleasant pool with an exceptional view of the dunes. Second pool heated to 32 degrees and clean... wow it's wonderful to swim there in the evening with a starry sky. The food is delicious. Beer and wine at a reasonable price. Extraordinary, helpful and supportive staff. A detour is essential to discover this wonderful place, located at the gateway to the desert. One of the best places to explore the dunes. Asphalt road to the Riad.

Beautiful setting in the desert. We stayed 2 nights in this amazing camp. The tent was really spacious and had everything, hot shower, WC, lights, USB to charge electronics and even a heater.
Breakfast was buffet type and dinner had 4 dishes. It was delicious.
The staff was super friendly. Big thanks to especially Mohammed who did an amazing job serving, arranging tours and so on...

Accomodations, Cleanliness, and most importantly, customer service. Everyone I came in contact with was always very helpful and friendly. I wish I remembered all of the names. To name a few, Assad who was very attentive to my needs and making sure everything was good. Amazing Riad. We had a beautiful room in front of the dunes. Very comfortable and clean. Big bathroom. Lovely outside area with sitting place and nice pool. Delicious breakfast. You can walk to the dunes from the backyard. The staff was very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay and the host was very welcoming. Everything was excellent, dinner was very good. The host arranged a morning camel ride in the desert to see the magical sunrise. On our return we had a lovely and peaceful breakfast.

Very nice, new hotel. Oversize rooms, equipped with everything you need. They can provide great food, camel ride, ATV/ Buggy rental. Staff is excellent, very friendly, and helpful. Thank you again for everything

I came here looking for quiet and found peace.
I came here looking for quiet and found peace. The desert is so vast and silent that you can hear your own thoughts. The camp blended perfectly with the landscape — simple but elegant. I loved sitting by the fire with tea, talking with the guides about Berber traditions. Waking up at sunrise and watching the dunes turn gold was a life moment I’ll never forget.

It was the perfect place for us to meet and get some rest the night before heading to Merzouga! Hassan is a lovely person and was super helpful in getting to and from his home. His home is extremely clean and spacious. Hassan was a great host! I would highly recommend his home.

had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful mountain hotel. The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sight of mist rolling over the peaks was like a dream. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful tips for exploring the area. My room was cozy, spotless, and perfectly blended modern comfort with rustic charm. The hotel is not in Tinejdad proper, it is in nearby El-khorbat. We did not see a lot in Tinejdad: the hotel was the highlight of the neighbourhood.
The khettaras are close to Tinejdad in Jorf and we enjoyed visiting that.

Arriving at Les Roches Desert Camp felt like entering another world. The camp is surrounded by golden dunes and decorated beautifully with traditional Moroccan touches. Our tent had everything — comfortable beds, lights, and a private bathroom. The sunset, the food, and the Berber music made it a night we’ll always remember.
