What an exceptional experience I have had in Urban hotel. Super friendly staff, receptionists, house keeping employees.. The receptionists Fatima and Zaynab have given me advices about the cities and where to go, they have been super helpful in the hotel itself too, they keep asking you if you're satisfied and happy in their hotel. The room itself is big enough with a comfy bed, locker and a TV... As you would expect, the housekeeping changes the bed sheets, towels, cleans the room and even organize your stuff. I'm really impressed. The breakfast was diverse with enough options to pick up from, staff is smiling and welcoming you. Aya in particular was making my coffee with a big smile and such an elegant attitude. I even have met the manager, such a humble man and he would also do anything to make sure his customers having a great experience. If you're picky like me, this hotel is for you! I would definitely stay there again if I happen to come to Kenitra one more time.

Great property, not too far from the beachfront in Mehdya! Amenities are great, host is very responsive. There are small stores nearby if you need to purchase anything, if you need groceries you should walk down to the Marché, it has most things you might need, otherwise it's best to go to Kenitra for groceries.
