Everything, the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel well designed, luxurious, comfortable and relaxing. The Hammam Spa Treatment was such a treat. All in all my friend and I were made to feel so special and welcome at Yin, I'm already planning my next trip.

We stayed 5 nights and liked everything about this hotel. I came with my spouse and two children and we all loved our stay. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and we really appreciated that they served traditional moroccan food at every buffet. The pools and slides were fantastic for both kids and adults. A big thanks to the housekeeping team, both Khadija, Ghita, to the receptionist Amina, to the guest service representative Sofia, to the entertainment team and to the two nurses for their hardwork, kindness and assistance, THANK YOU! I stayed there for one week by myself to relax and i truly had an amazing time. The villa is very beautiful designed, view and nature are absolutely amazing. Our 9th trip to Marrakech....we love Morocco.

Our 9th trip to Marrakech....we love Morocco. You will either love or hate...no in-between. It's crazy..hectic..noisy.. but absolutely fascinating and definitely worth a visit. Must sees.... The souks...always haggle. Start at 50% of their asking price..walk off if not happy..9 times out of ten they will run after you with better price. Majorelle gardens...book ahead for as early as possible as it gets very very busy. Stunning oasis abd very peaceful Secret garden...bit of calm within the madness. Jewish quarter and cemetery well worth a visit. Downside... so many stray cats...please..bring treats with you and help these animals. Please do not go on a caleche...poor horses are forced to stand for hours in boiling heat and forced to run around all day. I saw a horse collapse due to heat exhaustion..awful to see. Please do not help towards this cruelty. Same with monkeys and snakes in main square. Beware of henna ladies..they will grab your arm and paint henna then demand ridiculous large amount of money and get very aggressive. Don't make eye contact. If you want a henna.. go to henna cafe. I highly recommend a quad bike trip to desert...Great fun!

It was amazing a fantastic nature and a quiet and relaxed place amazing for families. Staff were immaculate they would do anything within minutes! Rooms were clean and spacious you could book 1 room for a family of 5-6. Manager,Fatima, was a torch in the dark! She can speak 4 languages and is really nice.

Very hectic experience particularly in the souks.Somewhat dangerous with the number of motorbikes ans scooters etc competing with the crowds.No cars in the medina so a fairly long walk to get to and from a taxi.The driving is absolutely crazy so would definitely advise against self drive car hire Taxis plentiful and cheap.Would advise getting a guide to show you around. Wonderful palaces and places of interest.Many good restaurants but not particularly cheap.Favourite bar selling alcohol was the Cafe Arabe. Must see "Moumania Hotel" .Dissapointing "Menara Gardens" Good dinner show "Dar es Salam "restaurant

We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

Marrakech is culturally very different from what we usually...

Marrakech is culturally very different from what we usually experience in Europe (where I’m from), but overall, it’s a truly positive and enriching experience. The city has so many wonderful places that are worth visiting and taking the time to appreciate, especially for the incredible level of detail in their design and craftsmanship (Ben Youssef Madrasa, Le Jardin Secret, Jardin Majorelle, and an afternoon and dinner in the desert). Marrakech also offers amazing restaurants, with some real hidden gems where it feels like stepping into another world (Le Jardin or limoni). For those who enjoy trying authentic local cuisine, which we always make a point of doing when we travel, we highly recommend Dar L’Hssira — the food there was absolutely delicious and genuinely traditional. And one of the things we loved the most is that in almost any café, you can order freshly made fruit or vegetable juices, which are absolutely divine, flavorful, and perfect for the warm Marrakech days.
