it was a lovely stay , its a ***** star hotel good rooms and staf was friendly i had a problem with the previous hotel i had forgot a expensive phone charger i request from the sweet lady in the front disck to call them she was so helpful and she offer me to keep the room until 14h00 , last thing It caught my attention the front desk manager is a young man werring glaces and fancy wearing suit and tie everyday handsome man good english speaking i forget his name thank you so much for your help

Hotel is new and big. We stayed in two quite exoensive riads before this and honestly this was much better for almost the same price. There is water always, and hot one, it is clean, beds are good, you can eat without a fear of geeting sick, location is in the safest neighbourhood and cloae to the city, people are nice, there is a nice rooftop bar, wifi is weak for working but was ok for whatsapp and youtube. Air doesnt smell bad in the rooms like in medina and also there is better isolation then in Riads. As I said for Marocco this is a geat hotel. Everyone speaks English and French.

Art Place was the last stop on our 20 day trip through Morocco, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambience was impeccable. We were greeted by reception with some fresh hot tea and pastries and then given a tour of the facilities. The beauty of the common areas, pool, and rooms took our breath away. Our room was luxurious, with the architecture, decor, and comfortable king bed. The shower was amazing, with good pressure and quality soaps, shampoos, etc. The breakfasts were the best we had in the country, with a huge selection of Moroccan and European selections... there was even an omelet bar. The wait staff anticipated our every need, bringing us fresh coffee and juices on the beautiful balcony. We ate lunch poolside, and that was an equally delicious experience. The location could not be better, right on the main square in the Medina, yet it was a quiet and peaceful oasis inside the walls of the Riad.

There is one word to describe my stay at this magnificent hotel; SUBLIME. The only negative part of my stay was the fact that I had to leave at all. Until I am able to return (hopefully soon), I will keep this magnificent hotel in my dreams. The attention to detail in every aspect of this facility is astounding, and they deserve their Relais Chateaux status in every single way. The design is a work of art in every area. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating and each one is truly there to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool area is a haven of tranquility, the spa is superb, the bedrooms are stately and exquisite, the restaurant, lounges and bars are beautiful (I did not eat much due to allergy diet restrictions), and you will likely find yourself leaving begrudgingly when your checkout time arrives. Staff members who were exceptionally helpful and stood out during the stay were: Abdul, Miriam, Yassin, and Assoul (hope I recall correctly, the bartender..) at the pool, Sallim and Yousef at the front desk, Mouna who gave massage at the spa, and honestly just everyone was amazing, and I apologize for the names I did not remember and am not mentioning. The owner should be proud of this fine establishment with equally fine staff members. I have stayed in many 5*+ hotels worldwide, and this one has now truly hit the top of my list. I look forward to returning as soon as possible, inchallah 🙌🏻.

We stayed 5 nights and liked everything about this hotel. I came with my spouse and two children and we all loved our stay. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and we really appreciated that they served traditional moroccan food at every buffet. The pools and slides were fantastic for both kids and adults. A big thanks to the housekeeping team, both Khadija, Ghita, to the receptionist Amina, to the guest service representative Sofia, to the entertainment team and to the two nurses for their hardwork, kindness and assistance, THANK YOU! We will come back.

We stayed here for 4 days to recover from jet lag before exploring Morocco and it was a lovely place to do that! The grounds were very green and pretty with birds everywhere. We loved the day beds under the olive trees by the pool - a pretty shady spot to relax. The pools and water park were good. The staff were all really lovely and helpful and made our kids feel very special. The food was excellent with lots of variety including plenty of vegetarian options.

Marrakesh was a real eye-opener.

Marrakesh was a real eye-opener. Had been a bit nervous about going but wow I was wrong. Friendly people, great food, great shopping, lots of history, I'd go back in a heartbeat. Taxis are a bit hair raising as the rules of the road are questionable but that said, no road rage, everyone just expects someone else to turn in front of them or appear out of nowhere! Had a tour of the Medina - highly recommend to get your bearings and understand how to haggle. YSL museum was a little underwhelming but Le Jardin Majorelle was really lovely and there's some nice shopping around there. Recommend Nomad for food and views, and El Fenn had a great vibe too for rooftop drinks. Sahbi Sahbi was an amazing restaurant and we also had a great meal at La Trattoria. Finally, we had an amazing Hammam at WA Spa - would really recommend this and it has a rooftop pool and loungers to enjoy the sunshine and views from!

Very annoying touts everywhere and not much water in October. The waterfalls had zero water so go in Spring if you want to see it at its best maybe. Keep going up river for more quality places and there is a nice shop and cafe with (albeit expensive) argan oil products etc. They gave us a free tasting of their oils, honeys and almond butter with our coffees there.

I loved everything about the villa and not far from the centre Stayed in the Medina previously on a few occasions but much preferred the peace and quiet I ate every night in the restaurant there Only down fall was I was only there for 4 nights

Spent 3 days in the city - based within the Medina and loved it. Only 3hrs by plane from UK and was such a culture change that felt we were much further away. The medina is as expected a crazy experience with sites, smells and sounds but felt safe at all times even late in the evening. Everyone is there to try and haggle the money out of your wallet but not in a scary way. A really lovely culture and can cover it all for 3 days

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

Ourika is breath taking.

Ourika is breath taking. The restaurants with the river flowing is amazing. The kids loved splashing in the river. The waterfall is well worth exploring. The local residents are very welcoming and friendly. I definitely want to visit Ourika again!

It is small village now dedicated to tourism, there are nice roads leading to the Atlas and if you are interested in general tourism is close to Marrakech where you can ride a camel, and do other activities in the dessert.

Marrakech is a vibrant, colorful, and unforgettable city - full of history, friendly people, and an atmosphere that instantly pulls you in. The culture, architecture, and energy make every visit special. That said, transportation can be challenging, and moving around freely isn’t always as easy or straightforward as it should be. Taxis, traffic, and the layout of the city sometimes make short distances feel longer than they are. Another improvement that would truly elevate the travel experience is the airport situation. Marrakech could benefit greatly from a second, larger airport to handle the growing number of visitors more comfortably. Overall, Marrakech remains a wonderful destination - rich, lively, and unique - just with a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even smoother for travelers.
