The hotel is perfectly clean and rooms have everything you need. We stayed at one of the Duplex rooms, which was spacious enough and well-organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever you need anything from them. The SPA area is great, with all the facilities and clean as well. It should have been booked in advance. However, since we forgot to do so, they organized us to stay after 9pm and we had all the SPA to ourselves. Breakfast is really nice and you can choose a variety of combinations, also very delicious. I would highly recommend and of course I will consider next time visiting Kolasin.

Even though there were all the reasons to be upset about the place, such as waiting for them to come to check in, the hot tub didn't work, the place was completely serviceable and we left satisfied.
