The stay was beyond my expectations. Everything was amazing, the friendly staff (fluent in english <3), the breakfasts full of food that can keep you strong for the whole day in the mountains, quality of service, prices of drinks (they were strong!) and food (lot of on the plate!), I can talk for hours. I really like how the staff is helpful with transport and the breakfast takeaway was amazing and very filling. Hotel is near enough the Żabljak city and to the National Park, which was perfect even in winter weather! I really enjoyed our stay and definetely gonna visit again.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional in every way. The service was simply perfect — every request, big or small, was answered immediately with a smile and a positive attitude. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the experience was pleasant and indulgent, which is rare these days. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with excellent facilities that made the stay especially comfortable. From the balcony, there was a breathtaking view — truly one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen, like a living painting. The breakfast at the hotel was of an impressively high culinary standard — fresh, varied, perfectly seasoned and cooked, a real delight for any palate. Finally, I must mention the owners — wonderful, kind, and welcoming people who created a warm and thoughtfully crafted atmosphere. Our stay was amazing! Our host send us lots of info on whatsapp. This was extremely helpfull and it was just so kind they send us so much info. The info was really clear. The appartment itself was so extremely cosy and completly our style. Also there was a little welcoming gift that we really appriciated! When we woke up the next day there was snow everywhere. That made the place extra magical. We only were a bit afraid of driving the car but our hosted texted us that the roads would be clear and there was nothing to be afraid of. This helped us a lot! The jacuzzi was amazing!! Also we were close the black lake, this was magical with snow!!

We had the most amazing stay! The house is absolutely high quality and meets high end standards. It's cosy and so comfortable, we immediately felt at home and didn't want to leave! It's absolutely quiet with comfy beds and a view to die for! But the best of all was our host: so welcoming and warm! We were greeted with a set table with candles, beautifully decorated platters of fresh fruit and cold cuts, sweets and wine - what a start into the holidays! We asked if we could book breakfast and wow, did we get a breakfast!! The table was loaded with a huge variety of homemade food, we never ever had a breakfast like this before! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality!
