This is a newly opened hotel, so there aren’t many reviews yet. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. Since it’s a smaller place the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. The hosts were genuinely kind and even arranged a gluten-free breakfast just for us. We arrived late and could self check-in with provided door codes. The location is also convenient, with a bus stop nearby and plenty of restaurants witihn walking distance.

Rooms feature air-conditioning, private bathrooms, balconies with city or inner courtyard views, and modern amenities such as free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, and minibars.

I travel a lot and no hotel has left such a pleasant impression as this small boutique hotel. From the first minutes you can feel the firm hand of the management and staff who maintain a homely and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Manager Maxime is incredibly polite, attentive and not indifferent to the requests of guests, ready to help at any minute of the day or night - special thanks to him for this 🫶🏽 Breakfasts are very nice - according to the menu, prepared personally for the guest, which adds charm and the feeling that you are visiting your loved ones :) We left the hotel early in the morning and by our departure the most delicious freshly baked croissants were already ready - it was very nice and pleasant! ❤️

I've stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. It really has everything you need and is a minute's walk to the bus stop taking you into Valletta (or elsewhere if you wish). Maria was a great host, and waited for me in the family hardware shop next door.. The smart TV was too smart for me (as is usually the case). May be worth mentioning that the stairs up to the bedroom might be a little taxing for young children.

Our Stay at BOCO Boutique Hotel was amazing! The staff including the owner, Tony, made us felt very welcomed and they were very attentive to our needs. They welcomed us with a short description of the city, what to do and where to eat. The communication before and during our stay with the staff was exceptional and they accomodated our very late arrival (1am at night). The room we stayed in was adequate and had all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was spacious and very comfortable

Evertyhing. From check-in (which was extremely smooth) to the apartment itself, which is incredibly tastefully decorated, it has beautiful touches everywhere (that would be Pierre's hand) and absolutely everything one might need for a short or long stay. Pierre (the host) is a very friendly and accommodating person, I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations, and so is his mother. Bed is extremely comfortable, kitchen has all it needs, bathroom is very clean and has all the amenities and the cherry on top of the entire cake is the stunning terrace which overseas the Grand Harbor where you can sit and take in breathtaking views of the island. The location is also ideal - you're not in the middle of the tourist overrun areas of Valetta, but a EUR 2 and 5 minute boat ride away (the place you take the boat from is 2 minutes walk from the apartment) and the neighborhood is one of the few (or maybe the last) so close to the center (Valetta/Sliema) that still retains that old Malta charm and authenticity (there's also a true flea market close by on Sundays). There is also a supermarket (aptly named The Convenience Store) open until 10 or 11 PM just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Pick this apartment and you will make your stay in Malta much better!
