Amazing view! Witnessed the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony of my luxury suite, and oh my it wasn’t disappointing at all! Felt like the best place to view the fireworks from! The hospitality was beyond expectations.

I always love too stay here, the staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. I love how they have breakfast in the morning and they also washed my clothes perfectly. I loved my room, I paid just a tiny bit extra and got the best room with both views of the racetrack and the surrounding mountains. It always feels like home when I am there. From the moment we arrived we only had the best service. All the staff was helpful, friendly with exception of Feroosha and daughter Treesha both are most definitely the best ambassadors for Voila Bagatelle. The breakfast and dinners were exceptional, a 110% to the chefs. Our room was kept clean, thank you to the cleaning staff. We requested to be moved to an upper floor with a view, and the front office staff did just that. The 5 star resorts are not even close to the service friendly and efficient staff of your world class establishment. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a pleasant memory.
