We recently had the pleasure of staying at KOA and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. The staff at this hotel truly set it apart. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, was marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering thoughtful touches that exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were impeccable—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is a testament to the dedication of the entire team. A special thank you to Utam, Kavi and Dess for their outstanding service. It’s rare to encounter such a passionate and committed group of people, and they made my stay unforgettable. The service was excellent, the staff extremely friendly and the view was fantastic. The staff went the extra mile and helped with our stay in many different ways and the food in the restaurant was delicious!!

Breakfast was excellent. The owners Dilal and Dev really treated us well. Everything we requested from them was supplied within minutes.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly owners who made me feel right at home. Their warm and welcoming nature set the tone for a fantastic stay. One of the first things that caught my attention was how immaculately clean the apartment was. It was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Every corner of the apartment was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease knowing that cleanliness was a top priority. The apartment itself was exceptionally well-equipped. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The spacious living area was tastefully furnished with comfortable seating and a large television. Additionally, the apartment featured reliable Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. One of the highlights of this accommodation was the beautiful roof swimming pool. It provided the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply soak up the sun on the poolside loungers, the rooftop pool was a delightful addition to my stay. The proximity to the airport was a significant advantage. It made my arrival and departure hassle-free, and I didn't have to worry about lengthy commutes. Despite its convenient location, the apartment remained tranquil and peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I cannot praise the owners enough for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were readily available to answer any questions, provide local recommendations, and assist with any concerns that arose. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel like part of the family. In conclusion, my experience at this self-catering apartment was nothing short of excellent.

Breath taking location, flawless & impeccable service, amazing activities… if you’re looking for a restful and peaceful stay surrounded by nature; Ferney Nature Lodge is the place. Thanks to the staff, especially Ashvin whose guided 4x4 tour was definitely a highlight of our stay, thank you again for the delightful conversations and unique spontaneous pictures! Thanks also to the team onsite especially Nishan who was of wonderful service. We highly recommend it for a romantic getaway.
