- From US$625.15 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 504 reviewsHotel is placed at very beautiful location, just at the beach with a view to the mountains. It is very calm, quiet place. All hotel employees pay big attention to the guests, being very nice and respectful. Room service is cleaning the rooms couple of times per day (also during time to close the blinds and fill in water bottle). Food is very very good with huge selection of buffet for breakfast and dinner. It is really good quality and tasty food in unlimited amounts. There is adult only heated infinity pool - amazing spot to enjoy the sunset, staff can bring you drinks while you are inside of the pool. There are plenty of water sports available for free - kayaks, SUP, snorkelling, windsurfing, sailing. Staff is very helpful and supporting and can teach you a bit of those activities if it is your first time. Compared to other hotels it is very good value and quality for money.Guest review byEwaPoland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 6.9Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 529 reviewsLoved the location, the food, the quality of drinks, the easy relaxed beach, the comfy pool, the room was really nice and I had a great sea view - after a small debate with the staff who tried to put me in the annex across the road. Hold your ground and they'll make sure you're in the main resort. Honestly this was a fabulous stay and I would come back. I really enjoyed how sweet the staff were. Ray on the beach, happy birthday to your little girl! You deserve a raise and all the tips. I was so welcomed and it was lovely.Guest review byPennyAustralia
- From US$254.79 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.2Good - What previous guests thought, 307 reviewsThe staff was simply amazing. We had previously booked at a different place nearby and we was extremely disappointed. Our taxi driver told us about Aanari and they were kind enough to accommodate us at the very last moment and made us feel so comfortable. A great guy, Nathan who is an employee at Aanari Hotel was kind enough to navigate us through the country! Bonus points just because Flic en Flac Beach is just opposite the road with many food outlets and ATM's plus the bar at night is such a vibe.Guest review byPillaySouth Africa
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 457 reviewsThis was a truly amazing place! We stayed in a smaller cottage (le Percheur) which was perfect for two. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The breakfast was brought to the cottage. We ordered dinner one day and it was waiting for us in the fridge when we got back from our day activities, just for us to heat it up. The surroundings and the little pool are also very nice.Guest review byLailaSwitzerland

Also, the facilities such as the gym, bikes to rent, spa, beach, tennis court were all perfect and not crowded. We also enjoyed the breakfasts as there was an amazing selection as well as Mauritian options which introduced us to local culture.Guest review byIaroslavaNetherlands

Quiet neighborhood but only 10 minutes to the nearest store (London Way) or pharmacy. Our room was really comfortable and well equipped. Breakfasts were delicious - there is nothing better than having a good meal while looking at the ocean.Guest review byKatarzynaPoland

Walking on the beach was fun, and the water allowed easy swimming even for the not-so-strong swimmer. The food carts added restaurant variety. We had good meals at Bouganvillea and Chez Pepe, but also enjoyed eating in and watching the sunset. Lovely shopping, interesting people, and the public bus service worked for us. However, it was interesting that the same trip was free outbound and then cost 100 rupees (3 people) for the return trip (with no tickets issued).Guest review byDivyaSouth Africa - 10.0

Tu beach is just amazing, the color of the water is impressive, in the public beach you have to possibility to see the see turtles. The place is a piece of paradise. Definitely worth to go and to spend some time there. I would recommend an hotel next to the le Morne beach most of the hotel do not have the possibility to eat or rent the sun bed just daily. Also I would recommend the experience of swimming with the dolphins that is offered almost everywhere.Guest review byAnnaItaly - 8.0

We liked the area close to the Riviere Noire Reserve and it was convenient for the quieter beaches on the south coast. We recommend a guided tour of the Ebony Forest Reserve. We had a fascinating day out with a very knowledgeable guide and saw a lot of birdlife; the views out to sea are also stunning. Be warned: driving in Mauritius is not easy, even with satnav! We got lost several times, especially around Port Louis. If you choose to go to Port Louis, we recommend using the local bus. There is a bus stop two minutes' walk from the apartment (shortly before London Way supermarket). You can pick up a bus at about 7.30 am and return on a 119 bus at 30 minutes past the hour from Immigration Square near the waterfront of Port Louis. If you want to eat out, the Happy Rajah restaurant on the main road serves good value Indian food. The fish thali is particularly tasty.Guest review byVirginiaItaly - 10.0

It's a properly rustic paradise area, away from the more fabricated hotel resorts. Lots of locals who know one another and it feels safe, if a little rough around the edges. It has its own cultural and geographical charm that seems to differentiate it from other parts of Mauritius. Lots of places to eat, a good supermarket - seems expensive for the area, but I think this is quite common. Good offers of boat hire to get over to Ile aux Benitiers, which is well worth it. Close proximity to the lovely Morne peninsular and Black River Gorges National Park and surrounds.Guest review byPaulUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Sure La Preneuse is the nearest beach, though If you're looking for the best beaches around, take that trip to Le Morne beach, it's worth it. We went to the only Thai restaurant in the area,'Ousaporn', indeed an oasis in that small town, great Deco, felt right, the staffs were admirable, the food was succulent but portion were quite small disproportionately over-priced . A day at the beach at Flic en flac is worth the tour, watch the sun set into the deep sea, then hit one of the restaurant around the area.Guest review byYogeshSpain - 10.0

this is amazing place, the view is breathtaking, the chalet is spacious, very calm, the food is satisfying and the staff is very supportive and helping. it is ideal for a short stay as if you would like to do more tours the location is bit far from everything and very challenging to reach. the best is to stay there and visit the nearby places around Chamarel.Guest review byDragicaUnited Arab Emirates - 8.0

Albion is a Mauritian village , located on the West Coast off the beaten track & away from the tourist holiday hot spots. There is a local palm shaded beach with toilets & changing facilities, to enjoy safe swimming & magnificent sunsets. Food & other supplies are available at the local Albion Mall Dodo Supermarket Living with the local Mauritians enhanced our holiday experience as we got the know some of these friendly and gentle people. You will need a hire car and Google Maps to get aroundGuest review byPeterSouth Africa - 10.0

Flic'en'Flac is the best place to stay on Mauritius, especially if you're visiting Mauritius in July. North was windy, south rainy but west side just perfect. It is a nice, vaste sandy beach with pine trees and palm trees, nice hotels and resorts, bars, restaurants and street food.Guest review byAndrijaCroatia - 2.0
Financial exploitation is the title of this hotel.
Financial exploitation is the title of this hotel. Financial exploitation defines the taxi drivers. Financial exploitation dominates the boat rental services. Financial exploitation extends even to the zoo. Exploitation is the main theme, and as a city, it offers nothing enjoyable.Guest review byMohamed Zaher - 10.0

lovely shopping complexes, boutiques, restaurants, and supermarket if you are self catering. Great place to tour around, for a heli-copter ride in the south to see the underwater waterfall, and go to the Ebony ForestGuest review byCelia ColemanSouth Africa
