United KingdomI had an exceptional stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that my check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time.
The hotel’s facilities were impressive as well. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast each morning with a wide variety of fresh options.
The location was perfect—conveniently close to the beach but tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which was provided when I left the hotel.
Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. The combination of exceptional service, comfort, and amenities made for a truly memorable experience. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

I want to thank the hotel team for their warm welcome. They have their own speedboat that takes you from the airport to the island. At the start of the island, an electric bus picks you up and brings you directly to the hotel. What follows is a delightful surprise and a seamless check-in to a cozy room with panoramic windows, refreshing air conditioning, and a stunning view.

The fact that the most beautiful beach on the island is just steps away from the hotel.
The delicious breakfasts and dinners.

BelgiumWell finished and clean rooms with spacious balcony. Extremely friendly staff. They treat you like part of the family all the way, from arrival at the airport to departure. They even prepared us a take away breakfast as we were leaving very early. The daily trips they arranged for us were also amazing. The guides are the best, always there for us, even helping the ones with lower swimming experience patiently. I hope I can be back soon. Finally, the restaurant at the hotel itself made our trip quite easy.

ItalyI loved the atmosphere, the attention to details in and outside the rooms and with guests too. Food (breakfast and dinner) is delicious and healthy. Good position, 3 minutes walking from the bikini beach. Staff is fantastic, they pick you up and take care of you luggage, they organize the excursions for you giving you water, food and umbrella for the sun. Rooms have a/c with dry function and ceiling fans. We really felt cuddled. Thank you Noor for your kindness!

The room has everything you need, very spacious as the bathroom with a big space for the shower. Nice towels, changed often or on request.The fridge in the room is a good extra to keep water/fruit in it. A/C and fan working well, and no mosquitos at all. The patio outside the room is a very nice place to relax. Ishan helped a lot for every single need or information. Breakfast is amazing, rich and different every day; a special thank to Htun for her kindness always, she is the best breakfast chef in Thoddoo (best pancakes ever!) and she made the difference in our stay.

BulgariaStaff is the best ever! Amazing people, with whom we shared 11 fantastic days! We became friends with Isha (Ikko), Liv, grandma, Siro, Ali, Nade and pretty much everyone else - cooks, cleaning staff etc. (apologies for mistyping or forgetting to mention your names :)). They helped us so much and made our stay a dream come true! During our stay thanks to the excursions Perla organized for us we saw and swam multiple times with whale sharks, mantas, turtles, pods of dolphins, sting rays and also swam with nurse sharks and went to a beautiful shipwreck for snorkelling. On top of that they sent us amazing go pro footage from the excursions for free! We saw local traditions and sampled exotic food during a local festival and it all felt like being part of one big family. We went for a day to a fancy resort nearby but honestly, we would recommend Perla over any modern resort as in Perla Dhangethi you have everything you need on an exotic local island for the fraction of the price one would have to pay at a resort and as a bonus you meet so many cool people from around the world! We will definitely come back soon!

South AfricaWe stayed at Aria Beach for our last week of a wedding anniversary holiday. When we arrived and told Sam, our host, that it was a wedding anniversary trip he upgraded us to the duplex apartment at no extra charge. Sam is a fabulous host and has done a great job of ensuring that the rooms are comfortable and luxurious and very well equipped. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and it's obvious that they pay much attention to detail. Sam was in the process of opening up the smoothie bar while we were there so we enjoyed many delicious fresh juices and smoothies. The hotel is right on the beach and has lovely deck chairs set up under the trees right at the ocean. The hotel has a number of lovely areas to chill from the seating in the dining area to the pool to a fabulous 'tree house' deck with bean bags. We highly recommend this accommodation!

We stayed 2 days in a Deluxe Beach Pool Villa and 5 in a Beach Villa. The DBPL is amazing. BV needs renovation but is good value for money for the Maldives. The house reef is excellent and the water around the island is pristine! We suggest going near the Italian restaurant to snorkel - we got to swim with reef sharks and many other big fish! They also offer a variety of excursions - we went to the Big Game Adventure Snorkelling, Sunset Fishing and Semi Submarine. The first one includes swimming with whale sharks, turtles and manta rays. incredible. The Sunset Fishing was also lots of fun - whatever you catch they also cook for you for free. The Semi Submarine is also an excellent way to explore the depths of the house reef. And finally, the staff... There are no words to describe how amazing the staff at this place is. There are some people we'd like to name because they helped make our holiday unforgettable. Starting off with Karthik who is one of the waiters in the coffee shop. This guy went above and beyond for us and helped massively with my partner's proposal, and on many other occasions. He's genuinely an extremely nice guy who would make sure you have everything you need and more :) Continuing with the guys from the coffee shop - we have Abigail and Jeremy who are the duet performing over there most nights. These guys are super talented and down to earth. They bring a lot of joy and genuinely just a great vibe to the place. Kudos. We also have Ijas who is another waiter there, always cheerful and polite. Moving on to Ibrahim who is a chef at the main restaurant - my fiancé is allergic to garlic (weird, yes) and he went out of his way to make sure he had delicious food to eat at every meal. All the guys from the Watersport centre were great as well! There are 2 restaurants as well - one for Thai Food, one for Italian food. All choices are very good and tasty. Kids Club: Our tiny little lady loved the Kids Club and the friendly staff. A huge ball bed with a slider insider, as well a kids kitchen, books, lego - everything a toddler can have fun with. The outside area is great as well - a huge slider and swings as well. Lot‘s of activities during the stay (every day something new). Housereef snorkeling: Lots if fishes to see - I saw some bigger sharks (black tip, white tip, grey reef shark and nurse sharks) and some stingrays - all are very close but friendly. The corals are great - lots of other creatures as well (Tuna, reef fishes, snapper, Octopus, Calmar …). Turtles are there as well and you can spot them around the island. I saw an eagle ray as well. During the whale shark trip, happily we saw a 11-meter one ☺️ amazing. But there is no guarantee to see them. Gym Well equipped with basic machines and free weights, cross trainer and treadmill. All are in good shape. Some daily activities you can join (stretching, HiiT, Yoga). Cold water and cold towels are there as well. Bungalow Well equipped and comfortable with great room service. Calm see in front of the bungalow and a nice privacy. It is a 2 floor building with a fan, day bed, air conditioning and inside and outside shower. A small tropical island (100x250m) with beautiful lush vegetation. There are only 51 villas on the island, so there is a maximum of 100 people when its full. The villas are beautiful. We were in a duplex villa with a private pool overlooking the sea. The villa is extra luxurious with a huge double bed, with two bathrooms (one next to the bedroom upstairs) and the other on the ground floor with a semi-open style. There is also a small jacuzzi tub. The villa is cleaned twice a day. Lot of very quality towels. There are also two huge terraces with swings and deckchairs. AC is very good. All the staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful like almost anywhere I have met. Shan, the manager, is especially kind and available, and he was happy to fulfill our every wish and need with ease. The food is very tasty and there is something for everyone. In 6 days, it was always different. There are some pebbles and corals on the beach and in the water so I suggest water shoes. A beautiful infinity pool with a depth of 1.5 m overlooks the sea and is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Immediately there is a bar with wonderful staff. The resort has a gym, SPA and diving center. Transportation to the resort is by seaplane for about an hour because it stops at two other resorts. An amazing snorkelling beach -no boats or travel required -just thousands of colourful fish and turtles, perfect white sand and palm trees. The concession stand sold delicious, fresh-picked fruit-watermelon, papaya, bananas. The most beautiful sea I have ever seen in my entire life. And mind you, I have visited many seas in many countries! For food, I recommend the restaurant at the Dhiguveli hotel and the Teapot restaurant. Getting around the island is very easy; you can reach any place quickly on foot. We enjoyed 7 days on the island. The rooms are very clean. The food is AMAZING! Everyone from staff are kind. The resort is sustainable, they try very hard to recycle and repurpose almost everything which is really nice. All inclusive is the smarter choice, trust me😄 The snorkeling is really fun! The whole island stands on coral reef and there is a lot to see! Maybe bring your own equipment, although you can rent. I didn't like that the island lost most of it's green and I didn't see the wild nature I prefer. There was a lot of construction going on the moment I was there, I felt discomfort because of that. And maybe in 1-2 years it's going to be over I think. But on the other hand there's just amazing diving on the house reef and nearby reefs. Great for diving but not so great for snorkeling. The reef is very far out and at times the current was very strong. Prices for trips to see the whale sharks were quite expensive at 75 USD. And there were tons of other boats at the same spots - very zoo-like. Bikini beach, the only beach you can swim at in only your bathing suit is fairly shallow and windy. You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than that would have to be someone who loves water sports as these are the main activities in this country, anyways. Bring a mosquito or any insect repellent, you will need these after a stroll on the shores or anywhere there are plants. Also have an anti-nausea pill if you are the seasick type. Taxis have a fixed price for each location, check that out. Alcohol in the resorts is expensive but then again that's all you got. A Wonderful Beach Holiday. Necessary structure: shops and cafes are available. The ability to pay with a bank card, as well as in cash (USD, MVR). Good exchange rate in all places. This resort is a nice isolated intimate island, staff is very kind and welcoming, rooms are nice, clean. tidy and spacious, well equipped and services twice a day. Food is mediocre. Activities and attractions are limited - scuba diving is great, the rest of the excursions and watersports are below average and highly priced for the what you get. Our overall conclusion is "insufficient value for money" I have rated it as 4/5 because we've enjoyed our time, but almost any spot at the Maldives is enjoyable with no much effort required from the resortGuest review byRoobsyIsrael
