Everyone was super helpful and nice all the time. Snorkeling gear and a orientation snorkeling was included and we booked one of the many excursions they offer which was amazing too. Can absolutely recommend this place if you come to mahibadhoo.

I also really enjoyed the Dhigurah island: it's large enough for walks, has a nice sandy beach and snorkeling is terrific there as you can see turtles, stingrays, moray eels just 20-30 meters from shore in shallow waters. Scuba diving was also fantastic.

Czech RepublicFrom the moment we arrived, we were very impressed by the atmosphere of the accommodation and the local staff. The room is clean, large and also with a small fridge, also TV with YouTube and netfix was an advantage (the Wi-Fi failed in our room). The service in the restaurant is excellent and kind, the food is excellent, the hotel offers all kinds of excursions around the area. We went to the beach across the whole island, but it was a wonderful walk through the local flora. Shaheen (manager) was very helpful and managed to arrange everything. We definitely recommend this accommodation for visiting this Island. Thank you!

SerbiaIt is family run guesthouse. And they do it properly. Food is great, especially local dishes and fruit. Snorkel equipment and bikes are free. It is reasonably clean, you shall get beach towels. Main front desk person, Musa will be ready to give you information, help in any logistic issue, organize excursions or solve any problem. Overall it is nice. Village shops are nearby, beach is 5 minutes by bike. Sun beds are relatively scarce on sunset beach, so go early morning and take good sun beds. If you visit Thoddoo you will share experience of real life Maldives. It is affordable, very good for recharging. It is not luxurious as the resort, but beach and sea life is fantastic, local fruit too, and you feel spending time in real community. And you will enjoy Maldives for fraction of resort cost

This was the best experience in Maldives, and we've stayed in several places on several islands. Areef, the host, is a wonderful person and friend; he did his absolute best to provide us the best experience on the island, around the island, and his villa. He took us on a free trip to a nearby uninhibited island with an old/closed resort, we had the whole island all for ourselves. He showed us the best snorkeling spots, the best places to eat, the whole island. He took us on trip to see the whale sharks and manta rays and turtles, and unlike other boats, he did his best to position us perfectly to see these giants. He even stayed longer and continued to scan the area until we found a second group of manta rays, which we swam with all alone. With everything, he really tried his best to please you. And this is what matters most. He even offered us small coconut trees to take home with us as a souvenir. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, we were offered free snorkeling gear, he even found masks for us instead of goggles. If we return to Maldives, we will definitely visit Areef again!

We’ve been fortunate to travel to many beautiful places around the world, but nothing compares to our experience at Constance Moofushi. Today is our last day of our honeymoon, and to say we’re a bit gutted is an understatement. Coming in May, we were slightly nervous about the weather — but we’ve honestly had the best holiday of our lives.
While May is technically the start of the wet season in the Maldives, the weather was far better than expected: around 60–70% sunny, with occasional showers and refreshing wind. Rather than detracting from the experience, the changing skies added a richness to the scenery — bringing a welcome break from the intense tropical heat. It also gave us a chance to experience the Maldives as the locals do, in all its natural beauty. The shifts in weather were truly exceptional.
We stayed in a Senior Overwater Villa, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Waking up each morning to the gentle sound of the ocean, diving straight into the turquoise waters, and watching the sunset from our deck was pure magic. But what sets Moofushi apart isn’t just the scenery — it’s the heart and soul of the place: the people.
From the moment we stepped off the seaplane, we were treated with genuine warmth and personal attention. The staff knew our names, our preferences, even where we liked to sit at dinner — and they remembered it all without us having to ask twice. It never felt robotic or rehearsed — just naturally thoughtful and full of care. Our room was refreshed multiple times a day, and every small touch was meaningful — from the honeymoon decorations to the smiles we were greeted with every day.
The service was flawless. Whether it was chatting with the wonderful wait staff, being surprised with thoughtful gestures from housekeeping, or watching my husband play cricket with some of the staff (we’re from New Zealand, so that meant a lot!) — every moment felt special.

What can we said about this wonderful resort, except that it is Paradise. A small tropical island (100x250m) with beautiful lush vegetation. There are only 51 villas on the island, so there is a maximum of 100 people when its full. The villas are beautiful. We were in a duplex villa with a private pool overlooking the sea. The villa is extra luxurious with a huge double bed, with two bathrooms (one next to the bedroom upstairs) and the other on the ground floor with a semi-open style. There is also a small jacuzzi tub. The villa is cleaned twice a day. Lot of very quality towels. There are also two huge terraces with swings and deckchairs. AC is very good. All the staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful like almost anywhere I have met. Shan, the manager, is especially kind and available, and he was happy to fulfill our every wish and need with ease. The food is very tasty and there is something for everyone. In 6 days, it was always different. There are some pebbles and corals on the beach and in the water so I suggest water shoes. A beautiful infinity pool with a depth of 1.5 m overlooks the sea and is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Immediately there is a bar with wonderful staff. The resort has a gym, SPA and diving center. Transportation to the resort is by seaplane for about an hour because it stops at two other resorts. It was an advantage for us, because we had a wonderful panoramic flight for a long time.

We visited the island due to good reviews seen on house reef and diving. It lived up to expectations! Lovely house reef and diving was fantastic. Dive operations are well organised. There are a lot of reviews that comment on the concrete barriers around the island, these did not bother us and we understand the need for them.
Check in, check out was smooth. We used seaplane transfer, but would likely use boat transfer next time as the resort is not that far from Malé. Do take note regarding availability of transfers and plan international flights accordingly.
Staff was fantastic all round. Food was delicious, special thank you to Vipula (chef), for his friendliness. Bar staff was great - and drinks were decent. All inclusive package in our view is a must and good value. Unless you are very particular on what spirits you drink, not sure that premium all inclusive is worth the additional cost.
We had a split stay between water bungalows and beach bungalows. Really loved the water bungalows. Beach bungalows were also nice - decent size. Housekeeping is very good. It was nice to experience the restaurant that is reserved for water bungalow guests. Main restaurant for other guests were fine and great service by staff.
We were nervous going in July due to monsoon season, it was fine and we were lucky to have 7 days of sunshine.
Absolutely recommend a stay at this resort - especially for divers.

Nice resort! You will get to experience every aspect of the holiday in the Maldives, at a reasonable rate, such as a journey by the sea-plane, being greeted by the resort personnel with drums, staying at a secluded heaven-like resort with wonderful clean beaches and tropical vegetation, incredible coral reef all around with beautiful fishes, staying in the water villa. if you have never been to the Maldives, choose this resort. You will not regret it for a second. Special thanks to Veligandu for special treatment on the day of our anniversary: excellent design in the room with the flowers and swan sculptures on the bed, the bottle of sparkling drink in the ice bucket, specially decorated table at dinner. The reef is one of the best in the Maldives, no matter in which direction you will swim, you will see thousands of colourful fish. But an especially nice reef starts opposite the main restaurant. I swam around the whole island except the "airport" area. It was nice everywhere. CHOOSE SEA VILLA no matter how much more expensive it is. it is much better and the experience is from another world. We stayed at both (beach and sea villas), we can tell.

Normally I am not the "all icl" person but it was so great over there. For me, all icl was really necessary, you don't have shops or other restaurants at the island (there is 1 little souvenier shop but not a supermarket or sth like this). The food was really good (buffet; pasta station - loved it!! - currys, desert station, Pizza, meat etc. Small island (when you take a walk at the beach you are done with the whole island in ~10 Mins :D but a lot to see / do: Pool (no people there; maybe just at the evening), good food & cocktails, animals (geckos & bigger ones are everywhere on trees, fruit bats, ginger the cat, a grey heron, two little parrots, little sharks, octopus & rays esp at dusk; take a torch at night or you will step on a crab :D). staff is very nice, especially the cooks at the pasta station! there are a lot of italians on the island, but animation is in english too (movie night, sports, music quiz etc). our water bugalow was very spacious and great! we didnt wear shoes on the whole island (even at dinner there is a sandy bottom) <3 Would definetely recomend a stay on this island and book again!

The food was delicious, the staff is always nice, the island is small but private. You will enjoy the peace and quiet. We stayed in a beach villa, which has a beautiful view. I recommend numbers 17 and 18, they have the most beautiful view of the sea. Some villas have a view of the stone barrier. I recommend bringing your shoes for the sea and definitely don't forget your snorkeling masks and fins. We had half board, we didn't miss lunch. We paid for everything else only when we left, including the seaplane. We went on a trip to watch manta rays and nurse sharks ($165/2 people). Whale shark watching costs $500/2 people. There is a small shop on the island if you forget something. You don't need Maldivian money. The sand is full of shell fragments, a bit uncomfortable for your feet. In conclusion, it is a wonderful place to relax.

This was my second stay at LUX and once again it was a truly special experience. We stayed in August, with wonderful weather, in a beautiful water villa overlooking the crystal-clear sea. The resort is enchanting: the island is large and well equipped, offering many facilities such as a gym, diving center, six restaurants and several bars. The international breakfast was excellent and served in two different restaurants. During our stay we dined almost every evening at Umami, the Japanese restaurant: outstanding food thanks to Chef Jester and impeccable service by Reehaan. I highly recommend trying it.

Fantastic stay at Diamonds. Very smooth transfer service via seaplane and from the first second in the staff made me feel so at home. The island itself is actual paradise on earth. I stayed in the Bungalow and due to it being low season it felt very private. Everything felt fresh and new, plenty of activities to do like snorkelling and yoga or just to relax and escape the world. Loved watching the seaplanes land from my balcony. Food was amazing for an all inclusive, two different restaurants, a buffet and plenty of different options every day. Cockatils very strong! Really didn't want to leave.

Small privat beach at deluxxe beach villa realy give you feeling of your own small paradise in the midle of indian ocean. Clean and comfortable space and egzotic sound of silence inside and outside, with moustly inisible but always smilenig staf in atmosphere of small green tropical haven make you feel very peacefull and relaxed. Last but not least Nika time is exscelemt idea which give you oportunity to enjoi all 12 hours of daylight on Maldives.

Resort is beautiful. We were very pleased with the service. All employees are very kind and friendly. They gave us helpful information. I will especially mention: Ibrahim, who welcomed us, Rachel and Zakir from the restaurant, Zeina from coffee shop, barbecue chef...Also everything was very clean. Food is tasty, and they have a variety of dishes. There are a lot of activities that you can enjoy on the island.

Excellent service, food, and the size of the resort make it ideal for anybody looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in a beautiful tropical setting. Very safe swimming, great corals and fish, and no jellyfish or mosquitoes.

An amazing snorkelling beach -no boats or travel required -just thousands of colourful fish and turtles, perfect white sand and palm trees. The concession stand sold delicious, fresh-picked fruit-watermelon, papaya, bananas. We loved the Coccoa beach restaurant and the Black Anchor and the Mango House had fabulous lattes and desserts.

The most beautiful sea I have ever seen in my entire life. And mind you, I have visited many seas in many countries! For food, I recommend the restaurant at the Dhiguveli hotel and the Teapot restaurant. Getting around the island is very easy; you can reach any place quickly on foot. Don't miss going to the sandbank at one of the ends of the island.

I didn't like that the island lost most of it's green and I didn't see the wild nature I prefer. There was a lot of construction going on the moment I was there, I felt discomfort because of that. And maybe in 1-2 years it's going to be over I think. But on the other hand there's just amazing diving on the house reef and nearby reefs. There's a lot of nice restaurants and there was no day I felt bored.

Great Island, plenty to do and good snorkelling straight off Villa. Food, people and facilitiies were great - cannot fault. Deluxe water villas were a bit tired and really need a refurbishment - other than that great time in Kuramathi...

It is a small enough island to walk around.
It is a small enough island to walk around. The locals are extremely friendly - always saying hello.
There are 3 restaurants all along the west coast. Compass seems most popular. But all are good with same offering of food.
There is a fair amount of building going on at the moment as they gear up for more tourists.
We used South Ari Dive for our diving trips. They are professional and friendly.

You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than...
You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than that would have to be someone who loves water sports as these are the main activities in this country, anyways.
Bring a mosquito or any insect repellent, you will need these after a stroll on the shores or anywhere there are plants.
Also have an anti-nausea pill if you are the seasick type.
Taxis have a fixed price for each location, check that out.
Alcohol in the resorts is expensive but then again that's all you got.
Best to pay all meals or include dinner in your package as there are almost no restaurants outside, depending on the island, and if you find one it's either a chips or coffee spots.

It was not my first time in Maldives and my experience there was disappointing compared to my previous trips in other resorts. The quality of service is poor and it’s a shame because the resort is lovely and the staff are nice but lack professionalism.

Feridhoo is an island inhabited by locals.
Feridhoo is an island inhabited by locals. They are Muslims, so respect them and wear decent clothes when walking through the village. The island has 2 restaurants with good food and fair prices, one dive base (Noohiri) and one small shop next to Shifa Lodge. We came for diving and found an abundant maritime life. There are 2 beach areas, one at the east side with the best snorkeling ground, the other at north/west side with berths for relaxing.

We enjoyed 7 days on the island. The rooms are very clean. The food is AMAZING! Everyone from staff are kind. The resort is sustainable, they try very hard to recycle and repurpose almost everything which is really nice. All inclusive is the smarter choice, trust me😄
The snorkeling is really fun! The whole island stands on coral reef and there is a lot to see! Maybe bring your own equipment, although you can rent. I don’t recommend the visit to the local island, nothing to see there

A Wonderful Beach Holiday. Necessary structure: shops and cafes are available. The ability to pay with a bank card, as well as in cash (USD, MVR). Good exchange rate in all places. I was pleased with both Mathiveri and Mathiveri Finholu: the beaches are clean, the sand does not burn your feet, and there is a comfortable "coolness" in the shade of the trees.
