The hotel's location is perfect. The decor is tastefully done. Every detail, from the unique lobby is thoughtfully designed to provide an inviting atmosphere.
Our room was a sanctuary of comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room was unique and impeccably clean.
Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each meal was a feast for the senses, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to accommodate any request.
The hotel also offers a range of activities and excursions, ensuring there's never a dull moment.

United KingdomThe owner and staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful, we felt very welcome.The owner organised a boat trip out to see the turtles and the two guides on the boat were great- very friendly and informative.
The hotel is on the beach and only a couple of minutes walk to the bikini beach.
The food was good, breakfast and evening meal was slightly different every day. All of the staff provided quick service and kept an eye if you ever needed anything.

SloveniaExcellent stay. The host is very responsive and takes care of everything. He helped us with the transfer from the airport and then to the guesthouse. Also helped us book an excursion and was generally always ready to help. They even prepared us warm breakfast on the day of the excursion when we would miss the breakfast at the guesthouse. The guesthouse is lovely, has everything you need. They provide adapters, drinking water, rack to dry clothes, good wifi, you can rent bikes… everything. The breakfast has large portions. Also the location is good, close to the beach and to some restaurants. Our stay at Thoddoo was great!

We returned to Gangehi Island Resort after spending our honeymoon here ten years ago — and honestly, it felt like coming home. Very little has changed, which we mean as a huge compliment. The same peaceful atmosphere, the same warm smiles, the same effortless kindness from everyone on the island.
The resort still keeps its original Maldivian charm — natural, simple, and beautifully laid-back. The tropical vegetation is lush, and the sea is that unreal shade of blue with amazing coral just off the beach. We spotted reef sharks, rays, and even sea turtles while snorkeling.
The weather was a bit mixed during our stay, but that’s part of island life — and the staff made up for it in every way. Giorgio, the General Manager, surprised us with a complimentary upgrade from half board to full board — such a generous touch, thank you!
The restaurant buffet is uncomplicated but always delicious, mostly fish-based, freshly prepared and served with genuine warmth. The dessert corner deserves a special mention — fresh tropical fruits and homemade ice cream every day.
The spa offers excellent massages, and our excursion (even with rough sea) was great fun with beautiful snorkeling spots. The romantic dinner at sunset, with our own waiter and chef, was truly unforgettable — especially the aperitivo at the overwater restaurant.
In short, Gangehi remains an authentic Maldivian gem — friendly, relaxed, and made for pure relaxation. We loved every minute and will surely be back again.

everything was amazing, we had a wonderful beach villa, 2 rooms, huge and comfy bed, swimming pool and the level of cleaniless is out of this world!
the best thing about this place is the way they run things, mainly THE STAFF: kudos to our lovely hosts Lucas, Diana, Lily, Nasaril, and especially SAMEERA who always went over his head to guarantee us the best possible experience. (he even brought me some cigars from 70km by seaplane!)
Also, shout-out to the cooking team! the food was really michelin star quality. The wine selection is unbeliveble, and the wine guys really know what they are talking about.
Honestly, this place is so well organized it should get 11/10 we will surely return next year!

To start with it is very very beautiful island.
- Fantastic Snorkeling experience. (Must try)
- Food was good with daily variations and multiple options and we have requested chef for few extra dishes that fits our taste. Chef entertained the request and provided what we have asked.
- We found time to do a lot guided activities. Whaleshark trip, inhouse reef / manta snorkeling are much recommended.
- Best part was the Staff, they were very friendly and accommodating. Overall service was exceptional.

The stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. We have been to other 5-star hotels in the Maldives several times before. However, staying at Constance Moofushi is a completely different level of relaxation. The excellent AllInclusive option its really wonderful. Excellent food, very good drinks and friendly service make us want to go back there :) Additionally, the abundance of reef and fish makes you not want to leave the water. It was a great time! Thank you Moofushi team!

It was a great experience. We was with 2 baby girls under 2 years. The staff was helpful- Anna guest relations was always in touch with us and help us with all administrative questions. We even spoke with one of owners Giovanna she was kind with us and very nice. We lived in water villa and it was amazing. The coral reef was perfect we even saw the manta near our villa. All island Nika is beautiful green , and very clean. We will be back with the pleasure. Thank you

Our room was amazing (Overwater villa) - beautiful, so much space (huge bathroom and wardrobe space - every girl’s dream ;) and you could go swim in the ocean and snorkel directly from your house. Island, ocean and the hotel were all so beautiful, one cannot believe what you see is actually true. Restaurants (Italian, Thai, Reef) and both bars had really tasty food and drinks. All of the personel were just lovely and so helpful. We loved every minute of our stay!

Very pristine, very close to the beach or to the sea if you're taking the water villa. A lot of marine lives can be found swimming very close to the villa or the beach. Beach was beautiful. All meals are delicious. The room pool water temperature is always on point, when it's windy the water is luke warm, making it enjoyable to swim there.

The concession stand sold delicious, fresh-picked fruit-watermelon, papaya, bananas. We loved the Coccoa beach restaurant and the Black Anchor and the Mango House had fabulous lattes and desserts.

It’s a nice local island.
It’s a nice local island. It’s clearly very popular, as there are at least four new hotels currently under construction. In the future, the place may lose its local atmosphere and become very touristy. The grocery shops offer only a limited selection of goods, not like what we’re used to in Europe.

The sand bank and bikini beach were beautiful. Nice that US dollars are accepted but annoying that the $ needs to be pristine. Request speed boat for whale shark excursion. Nice variety of restaurants.

You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than that would have to be someone who loves water sports as these are the main activities in this country, anyways.
Bring a mosquito or any insect repellent, you will need these after a stroll on the shores or anywhere there are plants.
Also have an anti-nausea pill if you are the seasick type.
Taxis have a fixed price for each location, check that out.
Alcohol in the resorts is expensive but then again that's all you got.
Best to pay all meals or include dinner in your package as there are almost no restaurants outside, depending on the island, and if you find one it's either a chips or coffee spots.

It is a small enough island to walk around.
It is a small enough island to walk around. The locals are extremely friendly - always saying hello.
There are 3 restaurants all along the west coast. Compass seems most popular. But all are good with same offering of food.
There is a fair amount of building going on at the moment as they gear up for more tourists.
We used South Ari Dive for our diving trips. They are professional and friendly.

It was not my first time in Maldives and my experience there was disappointing compared to my previous trips in other resorts. The quality of service is poor and it’s a shame because the resort is lovely and the staff are nice but lack professionalism.

We enjoyed 7 days on the island. The rooms are very clean. The food is AMAZING! Everyone from staff are kind. The resort is sustainable, they try very hard to recycle and repurpose almost everything which is really nice. All inclusive is the smarter choice, trust me😄
The snorkeling is really fun! The whole island stands on coral reef and there is a lot to see! Maybe bring your own equipment, although you can rent. I don’t recommend the visit to the local island, nothing to see there

Superb new facility and well connected atoll with great diving spots close by, the diving crew is well experienced and friendly, and they conduct PADI certification courses as well.
All inclusive includes free kayaking for one hour every day (depending on sea conditions), free SUP for one hour every day (depending on sea conditions) and free rental of snorkeling gear for the entire duration of stay. There were several other water sport options like jet sky, dive tours, night snorkeling as well. The active coral reef need a bit of a boat ride to reach but they are filled with fishes. The whale shark viewing was amazing!!

Feridhoo is an island inhabited by locals. They are Muslims, so respect them and wear decent clothes when walking through the village. The island has 2 restaurants with good food and fair prices, one dive base (Noohiri) and one small shop next to Shifa Lodge. We came for diving and found an abundant maritime life. There are 2 beach areas, one at the east side with the best snorkeling ground, the other at north/west side with berths for relaxing.
