One of the best parts is the ability to choose between local Maldivian dishes or European cuisine, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The island is the perfect size for exploring, with clean beaches and stunning ocean views. The view from my room was breathtaking, with the ocean stretching out right before my eyes.
The highlight of my stay was taking a boat trip to a deserted island, which turned out to be the most unforgettable experience. It was peaceful, beautiful, and truly magical – a once-in-a-lifetime moment!
For those who love to explore, the resort offers bicycles that you can take and ride around the island. It’s a fun and relaxing way to see every corner of this beautiful place.
Everything at Bageecha Stay is designed with attention to detail. The rooms were cleaned regularly, ensuring everything stayed fresh and pristine. IrelandWe had an amazing experience. The staff helped us to book the flights from Male to Dharavandhoo and the speedboat back. More than that we got more help that we could ask for because we forgot some things at the hotel and they managed to send them back to us before our flight to Europe.
Everyone was incredibly kind with us ❤️ the room was great and we definitely recommend the ones facing the beach! They also organised trips everyday! We believed that the prices are more than good for the overall experience in Chak'z 1964.

The team is very kind and helpful, they are sincerely ready to answer all questions and to take care about their guests. They even remember what you prefer for breakfast or dinner and also were ready to solve uncommon situations as i had during my stay with medical emergency.
Breakfasts and dinners were good, they were not super diverse, but they were prepared with the soul and by professional team. Thanks to chief and his guys!

This was definitely the best vacation we've ever had. Everything went flawless starting from the booking till the moment the Sun Siyam staff really "handed us over" to the transit hotel desk at Velana airport.
One of the best things about Sun Siyam Iru Fushi is their system of butlers - i.e. when there is a dedicated staff member assigned to your room through whom you can manage your stay in every possible aspect. Our butler was Yevhen, and he was literally the best. Sometimes we had very specific requests, and our family of 5 people including a senior and a toddler was really tough to manage. Nevertheless, everthing was done perfectly and with astonishing speed. But more details below.
FIrst of all, we had two rooms booked (one beach villa and one water willa. separate bookings) but I will summarize everything here. We were quite lucky to get an upgrade at the hotel for both villas despity the busy festive seasons, and upgrades were definitely worth it. We opted to use "All inclusive" package, and it was definitely a great solution for our group with different preferences and schedule of the day. One of the tricky things is how to book restaurants (five are included in AI packages but you need to book in advance). You can use mobile app to or leave it to butler. Yevhen made all bookings for us. We personally preferred French cuisine at Flavours and seafood at Islander Grill, but you need to try to find out what fits you.
It was also nice to have so many beverages included in AI package, over a hundred of different options. Our favourite bar was adult-only Reflections bar, with Dinesh and Avana, who served the most perfect drinks for us :-)
Finally, it should be appreciated that this hotel is mainly for family vacations, and it is perfectly fit for purpose - kids club and pool, calm and clear sea, white beach and overall perception of 100% safety.

-This place is paradise. We booked a beach village with pool and we couldn't be happier: large room, partly outdoor bathroom, direct access to the beach, a fantastic and quite private pool. We strongly recommend this option, it's worth it and it gives you access to the best beach in the island.
-Regarding the restaurant, the Octopus serves a wide range of delicious food for all tastes. Each night they organise a thematic dinner, so we could taste Moroccan food, Indian food, Maldivian food...
-But, without any doubt, the best thing in Cocoon is the staff, always polite and willing to help in anything you need, and always paying attention to any detail. We want to thank them, from the waiters, to the cleaning boy at our room, who made us a fantastic honey moon bed decoration, to our host Hassaan, always willing to help us. They are the soul of Cocoon and make it the best place to spend your holidays.

Expectional facilies, one of the most beautiful ever encountered. Wooden outlook of the villas is absolutely phenomenal and the concept of no plastic is very well appreciated.
We've been upgraded to a Pool Villa, definitely the best accommodation to date.
Resort holds a remarkable standard of quality, food is outstanding in all restaurants.
Staff is trained to highest level, we couldn't ask for more. Special thank you to our host JoJo, Fazeel from Canneli and Tulsa from Coco Bar & JFK for their outstanding company throughout our stay.
5.8 Undersea restaurant is a must visit.

The staff were amazing. We especially liked our host Shaily. She was very attentive, explained everything well, responded promptly to our concerns and was always at our service. The buggy drivers were always very helpful and friendly. The service provided was the best we have ever experienced and a highlight of the trip.
The food was also phenomenal, and it was nice to have different themes throughout the week. Variety of options for all meals and everything was flavourful.
The room was cleaned at least twice a day, and they kept everything immaculate. It truly was a great stay and a place that we would highly recommend to friends and family.

I had very high expectations for my first trip to the Maldives, so I carefully researched a hotel that would offer everything we typically see in social media posts. My final choice was Vakkaru.
My expectations regarding the location were exceeded — not only because of the stunning beauty of the place but also due to the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially our butler, Sato.
I also need to mention the professionalism of the top manager — whose name I can’t quite remember — and the kindness of Rijal, who is responsible for the pool area.
I will definitely return.

Wow what a great holiday. We have travelled the world and still cannot beat the Maldives. At Reefi Faru the attitude of the staff really made the holiday experience special. Special thanks to the barmen Janaka and Sadeep, all the waiters in the main restaurant such as Shareef and Nazeem and our amazing the room cleaner. What amazing staff.

We are a same-sex couple that travelled there for our honeymoon .This marvelous property sits on a beautiful island surrounded by an amazing reef. I saw sharks rays and turtles a few meters into the see from our cabin.. The food is great and their all inclusive premium includes activities and a session at the spa (or diving if you are certified). I would go back in heartbeat. The staff is sooo nice they definitely made our stay unforgettable, thanks to Shihus that made sure we were up to day during our stay and tended to our needs, Rai an Swarna and all the staff at booli bar and to Shirsti and Aahil and all the staff at the Raabondhi restaurant

The sand bank is so beautiful and waters are coming with so amazing colors.
I believe everyone traveled to Fulhadhoo was amazed by its beauty and tranquility. I do wish Fulhadhoo keeps its identity as exquisite, exclusive and pure inhabited islands open for travelers without increasing any unnecessary commercials.
Just one thing for this island, the East sand band is soooo beautiful with its own serenity but I don’t understand why almost every day someone is burning rubber trash nearby which makes the sunrise time and mid-noon amazing waters time so unpleasant.

Very organized from the airport in Male to our final destination in the resort and vice versa. It was our first time in Maldives and we immediately felt safe knowing that someone was waiting for us to give us guide and navigate the how’s and do’s.

Says that you get transportation to the island.
Says that you get transportation to the island. We paid for 6 nights and 5 days and got kicked out at 0300 am even though check out was at 1200. They made us leave 12 hours early because the free transfer was NOT free. We then had to sit and sleep in airports all day. They said we could pay an extra $289 per person to get the seaplane or we had to leave at 0300 and robbed us of a full day and have refused to reimburse us. In addition to this, my partner was drugged while staying there and the staff did nothing to help us or accommodate us. I would NOT stay in this place ever again!!!! It reads on their website that seaplane is free to island. They got us way late on the first day, and made us leave 12 hours early on the final day and have refused to comp us for the final day. I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend other guests to stay here. Everything was an additional upgraded cost, most activities were cancelled or non existent, or were additional costs. It is also very sad that this place turned out not to be safe since my partner was roofied while staying here and the staff expressed no concern by this.

Expected Dharavandoo just to be a transit island with it's airport traveling to a resort nearby. We had chosen to spend a few days in the Biosphere guesthouse. The charming guesthouse itself, the wonderfull staff and the range of activities made us extend our stay with a few days. It's the perfect startingpoint for alot of affordeable (water) activities and also the island has alot to offer (inc nice beaches, snorkling spot's, sports- and playgrounds, restaurant (Krill is recomended!),... We spent new year's eve where the islands council arranges a memorable big party for tourists and residents.

Fehendoo is beautiful but it is very remote and not much to do on the island. It is great for relaxing and having downtime. Definitely do snorkeling and scuba if you can. The fishing wasn't what I expected. It was more like going out and watching a local fisherman fish. The island is very small. You can walk it but bikes were the best way to get around. I wouldn't take small children. It would be best for a secluded adult getaway.

It's a 50 minute flight by Sea Plane from Male and absolutely worth it. The variety of fish when snorkelling, no bugs whatsoever. Stunning beaches. I would go there again in a heart beat.
We did the half day excursion that includes visiting Tsunami Island, Dolphin watching, Snorkelling at a gorgeous Reef and a nice little lunch. Worth it!
We also went to the H2O Restaurant (not sure if you can only do that if you stay at the Me & You Maldives Hotel). It's expensive but worth every penny. The food is incredible not to mention the overall experience.

I absolutely would return!
After the fact I was told this was a Russian resort but we interacted with a variety of guests during our visit. Our neighbors were guests 20 years ago and returned with two children. They were having an absolute ball.
I loved the swim up bar at the pool - and the fact it was at the opposite end (along with a divider) from the children's area.
Super attentive and friendly staff, great meals, I didn't tire of the options at the buffet. The a la carte restaurant was lovely too. We did the all inclusive and it was definitely worth it.
Great chill vibe and overall a fun place to relax and play.
