It’s obvious the hotel owners invested wholeheartedly - they organized transfer pickup to and from Male in a quality smooth speedboat (which made a huge difference compared to other local speedboats). Hotel restaurant was best value and quality food compared to other restaurants in the island. We ordered food multiple times directly to our room. Staff were really friendly and attentive - many thanks to onu and zhidan.

IndiaReally nice, new hotel with complimentary transfers. Staff were exceptional. Shoutout to the van driver (Mohin? Monish? Sorry I might have misspelled) and Anisha the sweet receptionist. They have 2 other properties by the beach also named h78 but this particular one is just a short walk from the beach. They also offer room service (food from their other properties which was nice).

Everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations. First of all our star Guru, Harsha, and Jaanu - your work are exceptional. You are some of the people who are created for hospitality. Always with smile and ready to give outstanding service. Great service from Fijo, Uttar, Lairu and Sagar. Special thank you to Chefs Nadeem, Alim, Taraka and omlette chef Ahmed Ali. They all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our houseepng Sofwaani and Raaifu - thank you for keeping our room clean.
Thank you as well to Ahmed from FO for making our late checkout happen so we could enjoy island till last minute of our 12 days stay.
Bandos is a very beautiful island with a lot of extraordinary spots you can take your pictures and make them unforgettable memories. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful resort on paradise island (literally!). We stayed in a water villa and it was absolutely incredible. Everywhere you look is pure paradise. The facilities are amazing, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredible! Aman, Dewli, and Naleen at the Lagoon restaurant were amazing and ensured we were well looked after each mealtime. Ajlan was our wonderful host and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay.The staff at the Italian restaurant were also lovely and always had the biggest smile on their faces! This was my second time at the resort and it was just as good as the first time (maybe even better!). I hope to return again soon!

Excellent and spacious overwater villa, stuffed with everything imaginable for comfort, fresh fruits every day, snacks. Very private. Every staff member is extremely courteous, friendly and professional. We aways felt welcome and cared for.
Our host Samih was always responsive and proactive, he even called me when there was enough wind to do kitesurfing as I'm into it.
I loved the gym and SPA facilities. We ate the most delicious food served in the restaurants. One & Only brand will be associated with high class and luxury for us from now on.

we fell in love with the beauty of the island and the warmth of its people
From the moment we arrived at the airport until we left, we were delighted to choose Baros Island as a destination in the Maldives, you can observe coral reefs a few meters from the shore, encounter different species of colorful fish while snorkeling.
It has 3 restaurants with different menus, everything is delicious.
Aslah was attentive to what we needed, supporting us in everything, our experience would not have been perfect without her help

Amazing landscapes, delicious food (each day would bring sth new), wonderful, always smiled and ready to help people, reef near the hotel (colourful fish, turtles, sharks and mantas). Rooms cleaned every day, towels changed each day, trip from/to the aiport organized, so just after leaving Arrivals Zone at the airport we were taken care of. Lizzards, bats, tropical birds and a hen ;). No need to wear shoes while walking on the island. No crowds, peace and quiet. Would love to come back there one day....

The hotel, the facilities, the room , the bed, the restaurant everything was perfect.
And more importantly the staff, we had the best vacation of our lives thanks to the amazing staff in Malahini Kuda Bandos ( Fifi at the reception, all the staff at the restaurant (vanessa...) ,all the staff at the bar (Simba Kelum Aigerim Rakib ) and so many more people were just so professional and nice and we had so many rich conversations . Hotel is like 20 minutes by speedboat from airport that is fantastic. Buffet is so so good, chef makes delicious food, and there are Tepanyaki and Sand restaurant that we tried besides Buffet and they were amazing as well. Ocean water is super clean and clear, staff proffesional and friendly.

The hotel is amazing. The weather is perfect for relaxing, swimming and to enjoy sun and the nature. The rooms are comfortable, and we enjoy the amazing bathroom with outdoor shower decorated with exotic plants. We enjoyed the sunsets, the water temperature and the cocktails at the beach bar.

Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are friendly and welcoming. The weak point is definitely the services. When it comes to hotels, don’t expect luxury. In my opinion, for what you actually get, it’s overpriced.
One big plus is that Maafushi gives you more freedom. You’re not tied to a resort – you can move around, explore, go jogging if you want, and enjoy the island on your own terms. You can book trips easily, there’s stuff to do, and it doesn’t feel restrictive.

Hulhumale despite being busy like the rest of Male has an airy feel to it with lots of greenery - almost colonial. The East side is quiet for traffic although it's close to the seaplane flight paths - I didn't find that intrusive. The West side has the harbour with the ferry terminal and where the liveaboards anchor between trips. When I was there there had been a lot of recent building work so I would avoid staying there.
Lots of options for buying fresh fruit and vegentables if you need and a range of places to eat at different price ranges.

I loved the proximity to Male for ease of arrival and departure. I also loved looking at the city lights from afar, whilst being separated by stunningly turquoise waters and the gentle sounds of lapping waves. The marine life in the lagoon was plentiful and beautiful, and I had many marine visitors near my villa at all hours of the day. The snorkelling with sharks-excursion was probably the single best experience, but the resort itself was the star of the whole experience. The quality of the villa (amazing bed, wonderful toiletries from L'Occitane, the view, the constant refill of free fresh water and Nespresso coffee) and the rest of the resort (amazing food, world-class spa) was the stuff of holiday dreams!

We LOVED Dhiffushi! A real taste of a local island, the thing that struck us was how quiet and peaceful it was. We wandered everywhere on foot and loved that the roads are all sand. We were there in monsoon season and experienced some storms but they were short and everyone just gets on with stuff. There was some rubbish washed up on the non-hotel beach areas but most hotels keep their areas spotless. Both bikini beaches were absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend Dhiffushi as a real gem of a local island. As an added bonus, we could not believe how cheap everything was too!

I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in...
I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in the Maldives! I feel I picked a fabulous island to spend 4 days of relaxation and calmness following a busy elective healthcare placement.
The island was so beautiful and peaceful. The beaches were so clean, white sands, the water was crystal clear, all sun-loungers free to use and very friendly locals and business owner stalls, businesses, and restaurants. A couple I met whilst away also got engaged on sunset beach with the most beautiful backdrop (a real must to visit during the evenings)!
Plenty of places to choose from to eat - from beach bars to evening dining. I went to Juice Bench every day for lunch, the staff were so kind and smiley and the food was delicious and fresh. I also ate dinner at Indulge (10/10 pizza!), Cafe Bandaha for dinner, amazing tikka masala curry and the freshest apple juice! (Breakfast was included in my hotel - Eden Blue - which I also highly recommend!).
I took two excursions with Baani Watersports - first the reef shark and stingray trip, which was absolutely amazing! The second trip was the sandbank and turtles trip, again - amazing! The team were very friendly, fun, and ensured we were looked after throughout. They took fabulous photo's of us all on their gopro which they sent to us afterwards free of charge. I also found their pricing very competitive!
Getting around the island is easy peasy. I walked every day, it is quite small so can be easily lapped in around 45 minutes of strolling. People were also using mopeds and bicycles. I also received a complementary shuttle service from the ferry port to my accommodation and back which was a very welcomed bonus.
Overall, the island is wonderful, the people are so lovely, and I'm SO glad I picked this island to spend my 4 days! I hope to be back one day soon - perhaps with someone next time so I have a companion in the evenings when it's a little quieter!

We booked a family room, and starting from the booking until reaching the Airport to go back home, Aqua Sunset was there for us; just like a family. They prepared all of our meals for us, not to forget to mention the beautiful walkway to the beach was right outside the guest dining area. So we all enjoyed the walk along the coastline, to the bikini beach together, after our meals. The end of the Marina is also right outside the dining area; where they feed the marine life & was also fun to watch with the family, after dinner. We had a super experience, too, with Aqua Sunset’s excursion management team. We booked a half-day family excursion, to swim with the turtles together, and it was so amazing! They even gave us a video of all of us together with the turtles. We all recommend Aqua Sunset because it’s budget/family friendly, the location is perfect, and because everyone made us feel welcomed. Enjoy!

Guraidhoo - ferry every day and easy to reach from Male, not so busy yet, not yet ugly concrete big buildings, bikini beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. White soft sand with turquoise warm water and sandy shore for fantastic swimming and walking on the sandbar - great for kids too, sunbeds and good cafe on the beach, there are corals and ship wreck for snorkeling and not to forget the shark feeding place - simply amazing to watch sharks and rays - great entertainment for the evening. There are great restaurants with fantastic prices. This island is amazing choice !

It was a lovely island friendly people & I think I stayed in the best place for me on this island my host were fantastic, they could not of done more to make my stay any better than it already was 10/10 perfect 😍
I loved all the food I had @ Indian cafe,loved swimming @ the local beach, not bikini beach
One thing I really disliked was Moscow yeda they tried to double charge me on my credit card when I asked them about 6 of them just started laughing, eventually I got my money back & that was the only bad experience on the whole island.
