The room has been decorated in good style and the hotel property in general is a beautiful place to be, be it on the rooftop or by the restaurants. It’s a mere 45 mins by speedboat from Male airport, but you can also take public ferry as it’s much cheaper and worth it for the experience. I would come again and recommend it to others, the property was a highlight of our trip to the Maldives.

The staff was incredible, always with a smile in their face and happy to help and assist. At some point it felt like we were all a family. The views are amazing: you can see crabs, and even spot some stingrays by night. And the rooms are great. The perfect stay for your next trip to Dhiffushi.

More than anything we liked the service from the team at Athiri. They were absolutely brilliant going well beyond and above to make our stay as great as possible. We had a lovely dinner on the roof terrace which is a must with some breath taking sunsets. Milinda who was in charge of the hotel, Rukshan the head chef and all the team ...hat off to you guys!!!!!

The size of the island is perfect. We were so lucky to get a perfectly placed bungalow. Daily cleaning - everything was immaculate -, drinking water refill, de-sanding of the patio, etc. Staff were friendly, always looking for how could they make your vacation better. Food & beverages showed great variety - even though we were opting for the half-board option only. We preferred the Nevi bar, where the view is fantastic, and they serve cool cocktails and even shisha. They provide several other activities to choose from: sunset fishing, beach BBQ, free snorkeling trips, etc.
Another pro is that this island is not so close to Malé, but still with the speedboat you can get there under reasonable time. We were totally satisfied for what we get for our money.

We had an amazing experience at the resort! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is very good and diverse, whether you are vegetarian or any other food preferences.
The staff made sure to ask us to clean the room 2 times/day. Although we didn't need it always, as we wouldn't spend too much time in the room, it is perfect for those who have kids, etc.
The beach was always clean. The dinner under the stars was perfect, so quiet and very attentive staff.
Also, teh water is perfect for snorkeling in the bay, as there are no currents.

Incredible place. The island is very close to Male (about 20 minutes by boat) - and you find yourself in a paradise full of plants and crystal clear ocean. The villas are located on the water or by the bay, with a private beach. very beautiful private reef with many underwater inhabitants. very tasty food in restaurants. and very nice and professional staff (special thanks to Daria, Sujata and Hasan). I rarely write so many "very" in reviews, but Baros Maldives deserves it.

This resorts mantra is ‘no news no shoes’ and exemplifies a get away from it destination unlike any other Maldives island. Stunning setting and authenticity, with a team lead by Matthew and our Mr Friday (Alif) who went out of their way to make it an unforgettable experience. We LOVED Dhiffushi!
We LOVED Dhiffushi! A real taste of a local island, the thing that struck us was how quiet and peaceful it was. We wandered everywhere on foot and loved that the roads are all sand. We were there in monsoon season and experienced some storms but they were short and everyone just gets on with stuff. There was some rubbish washed up on the non-hotel beach areas but most hotels keep their areas spotless. Both bikini beaches were absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend Dhiffushi as a real gem of a local island. As an added bonus, we could not believe how cheap everything was too!

I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in...
I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in the Maldives! I feel I picked a fabulous island to spend 4 days of relaxation and calmness following a busy elective healthcare placement.
The island was so beautiful and peaceful. The beaches were so clean, white sands, the water was crystal clear, all sun-loungers free to use and very friendly locals and business owner stalls, businesses, and restaurants. A couple I met whilst away also got engaged on sunset beach with the most beautiful backdrop (a real must to visit during the evenings)!
Plenty of places to choose from to eat - from beach bars to evening dining. I went to Juice Bench every day for lunch, the staff were so kind and smiley and the food was delicious and fresh. I also ate dinner at Indulge (10/10 pizza!), Cafe Bandaha for dinner, amazing tikka masala curry and the freshest apple juice! (Breakfast was included in my hotel - Eden Blue - which I also highly recommend!).
I took two excursions with Baani Watersports - first the reef shark and stingray trip, which was absolutely amazing! The second trip was the sandbank and turtles trip, again - amazing! The team were very friendly, fun, and ensured we were looked after throughout. They took fabulous photo's of us all on their gopro which they sent to us afterwards free of charge. I also found their pricing very competitive!
Getting around the island is easy peasy. I walked every day, it is quite small so can be easily lapped in around 45 minutes of strolling. People were also using mopeds and bicycles. I also received a complementary shuttle service from the ferry port to my accommodation and back which was a very welcomed bonus.
Overall, the island is wonderful, the people are so lovely, and I'm SO glad I picked this island to spend my 4 days! I hope to be back one day soon - perhaps with someone next time so I have a companion in the evenings when it's a little quieter!

It was a lovely island friendly people & I think I stayed in the best place for me on this island my host were fantastic, they could not of done more to make my stay any better than it already was 10/10 perfect 😍
I loved all the food I had @ Indian cafe,loved swimming @ the local beach, not bikini beach
One thing I really disliked was Moscow yeda they tried to double charge me on my credit card when I asked them about 6 of them just started laughing, eventually I got my money back & that was the only bad experience on the whole island.

Small island, blue, turquoise, clean and clear water. Great place for snorkeling in the house coral reef. All the staff from reception to restaurants, dive center, housekeeping are so welcoming, all with bright smile. Food was top. Dinner was set course and of the highest quality. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. 5 stars to the chef in charge. Sunset spot was surreal. All the beach villas come with private beach, still can't get over the view.
Wifi is a bit slow but not complaints since we were not there for the wifi.

The beach is beautiful.
The beach is beautiful. I´m afraid it would be too crowded in a couple of years as the contruction of new buildings on the island is massive.
Would be nice to remove the hakenkreuz that is sprayed on the wall in the harbor. Not a nice welcome sign for tourists.
