As soon as we walked in, we knew we were in capable, professional hands. Friendliness without pushiness was the vibe. Also, the food was good, the beach lovely, We used the paddle boards loads. The vibes at the place were excellent. We met some great people. We ended up staying an extra night.

Staff were very nice and the facilities too! The only comment is the mosquito nets had gaps in them so we were happy to have brought coils☺️

Levi and team were very accommodating and made sure that I was comfortable and provided whatever was needed. Rustic location, perfect to just relax and enjoy the view of the lake. Breakfast was served right by the waterfront with private area where you can sit and watch the life go by as villagers on the public area nearby do their daily chores. Quest also made suggestions where to go and what to do around Cape Maclear. I had beef stew for dinner which was amazing. Ample parking space.

I really liked my stay here. It was so relaxing to be in nature. Accommodation is really nice, I extended my stay because they have a co-working space so i could work online using the wifi. I stayed in more than one chalet because the room i had was already booked, and they are all different and in their own style. The outdoor hot shower was awesome, and the toilets that they use in their tree nursery for their projects. The kitchen has tasty food- try the quesadilla...

LOVED this place. I will visit Sunbrid Nkopola again!! Breakfast is very nice with all the variety. Room, bathroom and resting room is perfect. Table and chair if you need to work. Closet for clothes

Evelyn’s experience truly shines, her calm and know how made our stay an absolute breeze, even when things seemed to be going a little slowly at first as they had a large workshop party (that admittedly had an amazing time). Truly appreciative of the time and space we had, the feel is as rustic as it was when I came here 28 years ago. Nathan and the rest of the team were just as great.
