An old-fashioned hotel with design elements reminiscent of the 80s and 90s, but that doesn't detract from the reasonably high quality of the food, the exceptional attention and helpfulness of the staff, or the stunning beach and sea. In fact, the beach and sea here are far superior to many other places you’ll find in Cancun—absolutely incredible. The in-room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gels, could use some improvement, but this was not an issue for us at all. The reasonably sized pool, surrounded by a bar and snack area, and the amazing beach with its aquarium-like sea where you can walk right into the water, make it a fantastic value for the price we paid. This all-inclusive resort doesn’t feel restrictive, which is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food, a reasonable price, and a wonderful seaside experience.

Great hotel! 5min by car/taxi from ferry port and Cozumel downtown. Incredible view to the sea from the open area of the reception which invites you to discover the rest of the hotel. Nice welcome from the reception team + 2 healthy juice offered and highly appreciated. We arrived earlier so our room was not yet ready but the hotel staff proposed us to use all the facilities (pool, restaurant, etc.). While waiting we discovered the restaurant with its high ceiling and nicely decorated. The hamburger was just fantastic. The pool/sea area is a great place to relax and the deck with its hammocks and wooden chairs is so beautiful. We did an excursion the next day which was proposed by Marco, his recommendations and follow-up were very professional. My husband had a massage with Reina and I had a manicure/pedicure with Itzel. We have been pampered and had a relaxing time. Thanks to their kind care. During the dinner with have been served by Jorge who has been super nice with us as well. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. All the rooms have sea view which is fabulous but it could be sometimes noisy due to the main road. I highly recommend Hotel B to anyone traveling to Cozumel. We are definitely coming back.

The staff was amazing. Always greeting you with a smile and happy to help. Roberto would greet us at the front desk every day and was very helpful with reservations. The breakfast staff was attentive and kind. The bartenders were great fun! Hats off to the sweeper who kept the floors impeccably sand free and the housekeepers who kept our room clean and stocked. The location was perfect, far enough to be away from crowds, but close to the action by taxi. The beach is small but lovely. Good snorkeling.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hostelito. Staff was super nice and helped wherever they could. It's just a few minutes away from the ferry and there are a lot of restaurants around. The rooftop pool is just awesome for sunsets. The room is quite big, a bit outdated but still clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked having access to the main "Fiesta Americana" hotel and its amenities, that the beach always had available beds, and a reasonably diverse range of drinks and food included in the all inclusive package. The rooms were also a good size and the jungle-like location and styling really helps things feel private

I liked the small kitchen in our room. The A/C was plenty cold. Was really cool to see the Cruise ships just outside our windows everyday. The ocean view was awesome and relaxing. The snorkeling was spectacular at the seaside of the hotel.

I have been visiting Cozumel for 15 years, for diving.

I have been visiting Cozumel for 15 years, for diving. While the people are friendly and the number of good restaurants has increased over that time, unfortunately the reef has been degraded effecting the diving experience. Its is my contention the powers that control Cozumel care more about making money from cruise ships than the environment, local people or infrastructure of Cozumel.

I enjoyed the natural beauty of the areas outside the touristy downtown area. I rented a scooter and drove the entire perimeter of the island (about 2 hours around without stops), but there are a few sightseeing locations, so plan a bit more time. I was there to go scuba diving and it did not disappoint. Once you get out of the touristy areas Cozumel is basically a rundown Caribbean island with not much to offer.

it is an all inclusive but availability and quality of drinks and food were poor. Over all it is inexpensive and if your expectation of the all inclusive feature is low you might be pleased. Location is great, staff good, and the snorkeling was fantastic right from the hotel. Hotel is dated and in need of remodeling but has a bit of a family feel with a chill vibe. I might consider staying again just for the available snorkeling and good breakfast. Wifi only worked in lobby which was unfortunate and inconvenient. Bring your own snacks and drinks for the room as they are not available
