Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel. The service and facilities are truly excellent. The breakfast is very good and has many options. The staff is very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this place. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing, and also from our room with a private pool.

Genius benefits got us upgraded for free to Thinker Two Type 2 which includes 2 bedrooms. Location: It is a 10-15 minute walk to Kerinchi or to University station. We prefer the University station since we get to pass by a mall. In front of the hotel is Food City, a food hall with lots of food choices. Breakfast Food: Breakfast food was limited and minor food changes were made during our stay. It was not a big matter to us. Amenities: We got to use the laundry which costs 10 ringgit each for washing and drying. The gym and game room was also nice! The pool and the view was great, we swam every day of our stay. Room: Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, a small kitchen was provided which was very useful to us, TV was working and has youtube and other apps. Bathroom size is adequate with shampoo & body wash included (no dental kits). The view was great too! Overall, It may be quite far from Bukit Bintang & KLCC (as a tourist), but we wouldnt think twice and we'll book here again on our trip to Kuala Lumpur.

What an amazing stay! Needed to book in a day early, hugely accommodating with extending dates and late check out on day of departure. The property was stunning, a real oasis in the city. Lots of charm and character. The most sustainability conscious place we stayed in Malaysia. Despite all of that the highlights were the staff, personable, professional and nothing was too much. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Can’t wait to come back.

Was happy with the stay starting from a friendly check-in process as we could have an early check-in. Though the hotel is rather big they managed to create a home-like atmosphere because of caring employees. Tasty breakfasts with good choices. Clean spacious room with an amazing view and comfortable bed.

The plus value for this hotel is the staff at the front desk. I can remember Tarmizi n Aina as being the most seasoned and very helpful staffs. The other 2 girls I didn't get their names coz they were without name tags. Always my favourite spot to take a rest from a business trip.

We already stayed multiple times at the Swiss Garden Hotel, the rooms are nice, the staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. We were sad to hear that the hotel will no longer exist as swiss garden. Hopefully the new one offers the same anameties.

Visiting Kuala Lumpur was a complete surprise for me in every way. The people are very friendly, and there is no language barrier; everybody speaks English. I didn’t expect this level of development and modernity—skyscrapers everywhere, clean and well-organized streets, and shopping malls in every area with all the brands you can think of. There are many tourist attractions, and the food scene is diverse and high-quality. I highly recommend Kuala Lumpur for families. The only place that needs some improvement is the airport, as we experienced delays during both arrival and departure.

I loved my stay in KL!

I loved my stay in KL! The Petronas Twin Towers were amazing, and the whole city was so lively, especially at night. Petaling Street was totally worth visiting; the food there was absolutely delicious. The shopping mall at KL Sentral was huge, and travelling around the city was super easy with the buses and the trains. ✨✨✨
