The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful and constantly full of happiness, nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of attention to detail as well, free snacks in your room, little notes on the desk, free Christmas Eve buffet, free kiting, all you need in terms of booking tours and scooters. Live entertainment on select evenings too. Free drink voucher on arrival at the bar.

Apart from the superb location and fabulous room, they are truly some of the best people in the world. You cannot imagine how warm and welcoming the staff are until you experience it yourself. I hadn’t even booked a room with breakfast, yet they offered me a complimentary one—and it was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed unlimited drinks, which was such a relaxing treat. I especially loved chatting with the young man at reception. He was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel completely at home. We booked a few tours through the hotel as well, and they all turned out great—plus the prices were very reasonable compared to elsewhere. On our last day, we were delayed because of an accident, and the staff were unbelievably understanding. They let us change, shower, relax, and check out later. Of course, no one should expect this every time since they may need to prepare the room for the next guests, but their kindness truly shows the level of care they have for the people staying with them. Long story short, we felt like true guests, not just customers. I honestly wish I could give them more than five stars.

The interior was so homey, I instantly felt comfortable. Only stayed a night, but it was such a nice experience!

The COMFIEST bed and blanket combo out of any hotel/apartments during Malaysia trip - Flatscreen 120Hz+ 4K Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube etc - Free umbrellas and exterior hangers for use - Amazing staff (can speak at least English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay) - Room layout and decor was perfect - Air conditioning which is much needed during this hot weather - Chandelier in the bedroom with self dimming properties - Hot water system which could be temperature adjusted - Good noise isolation - Refrigerator provided - Hose provided to help rinse sand if coming from the beach - Geckos which minded their own business at night

The staff were extremely friendly. The manager even took a picture of me, because I was the first big bike rider who had stopped there. The location is great. It's very quiet, being up a side road. There is lots of room for parking. There is a very friendly cat who lives there.
