The receptionist was excellent. He knew that I will be unable to take breakfast as I checked in at 5.00 on the morning, he gave me juice, cokies and croissant as when Inwake up I can have them . Eveything was good. Shuttle service provided for us to go to IOI city mall. Breakfast also superb and a lot of choices. Hotel staff was friendly too.
