Fantastic location in the Imago Shopping Mall. This meant that there were abundant coffee shops and restaurants only minutes away. Vinah and the team made us very welcome, ensuring that we had no problems. The availability of the laundry service was an unexpected bonus. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathroom was fantastic. All things considered, this booking could not have been better. Thanks Vinah!

The staff are attentive to the comfort and well being of the guests at all times, they always responded to our messages instantly. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us lots of useful information on what to see and how to get around. The room was very clean and very well located, close to KK Waterfront and the markets. Property was newly renovated so we had a beautiful new room to ourselves . Bed was comfortable, views were absolutely gorgeous. We even saw a turtle right in front of our room. The sea view from my room and the cafe was so beautiful. The staff was so nice especially at the cafe. My husband was asking a question regarding the one of the food just to make sure what was it, and the staff explained it so eagerly even showing us the example of the packaging. Love the breakfast here! The location was so strategic, walking distance from any attraction food and shopping places. Near to the airport and easily access for e hailing.

Before we went, I was told to be careful in KK as it may not...

Before we went, I was told to be careful in KK as it may not be safe. However, we met wonderful strangers who reached out to help my wheelchair bound dad without us asking. I was very touched by their gesture. This was the best part of the trip. Pekan Nabalu is a nice place to catch Mt Kinabalu. The temperature was a nice cool 22 deg. We booked a driver, Ajib who drove us there and to the Desu Dairy Farm and the alpaca farm. Getting around KK is easy by Grab.

i love the history behind kundasang , the comunity is friendly and helpful. make sure to visit the sabah parks area such as the kinabalu park , poring hot spring , war memorial , the milk farm , some of the picture worth spots such as sosodikon hill , the botanical garden , im a birder myself so i went to alot of birding spots as well. but quite hard to spot any birds as too much foliage within the park area. but thats just nature.

sandakan is fun. make sure to visit rainforest discovery centre, sepilok orang utan sanctuary and the sunbear sanctuary. didnt expect so many cafe that serve their own specialty coffee. 1# coffee is the name of the shop and a very good place to blast away that coffee urge. sandakan is abit crowded with people that im not sure local but overall it was a good adventure.

sabah pork noodle at hing lee & union cafe....the sabah pork noodle is good......union cafe egg tarts , chicken pie & Hainanese coffee & tea is good. sea food is not so expensives compared with kuala lumpur. deep sea fishes , lobsters.....paku vege...is good grab car available .....all nearby location for food.rm4 to rm6 fare. do not waste your time to visit the cocoa museum....charge rm50 per head and need to make appointment . [ waste of time ] see the famous jci clock tower with the fish, crab , prawn roundabout- FOC

Once a humble coastal town, it’s now becoming increasingly tourist-oriented. Seafood tends to be on the pricier side unless you’re skilled at bargaining. Diving here offers mostly smaller marine life, especially when compared to the vibrant underwater scenes of the Maldives. Night dives aren’t permitted unless you’re staying at one of the pricier water resorts that offer in-house diving. It’s fine for a short getaway, but there’s not much in the way of standout attractions or culinary experiences.

Beautiful and great place to experience. Enjoy the whole trip. We plan to return fit & strong to trek Mount Kinabalu. Don't miss out. Great place for a family holiday. Don't have to travel to Europe to gain such a fascinating view, Only be mindful, a lot of uphill if u wanna walk around. Great place for retirement if u love trekking n love nature. From what we saw, pretty much the only reason to stay in...

From what we saw, pretty much the only reason to stay in Lahad Datu is to catch a plane. We were there about 24 hours which was plenty. The airport is one of the smallest I have ever been to and was hot and crowded, but the plane was on time and got us to Kota Kinabalu.

It is well worth staying at least two nights at Sepilok, so that one can attend both feeding sessions at the orang utan centre, visit the sunbear rehabilitation centre AND spend time at the wonderful Rainforest Discovery Centre. The latter deserves a few hours, preferably in the afternoon and leading up to dusk, as one can see so much wildlife,. The canopy walkway is amazing.

I wouldn't choose to stay in Keningau again.

I wouldn't choose to stay in Keningau again. It is a fairly grim place, noisy and with little to recommend it. I drove through Tambunan earlier on my trip which seemed like a much nicer place (although I didn't stay due to the lack of accommodation). The road through the Crocker range was good and worth a visit, but don't expect too much of Keningau itself.
