The villa is gorgeous! We have travelled around the world but this was by far the best accommodation we have ever stayed in! It is spacious, straight on the beech, fantastically equipped (but the dishwasher didn't work), lovely outside space with a pool, shame that it was not heated. The beds, bed sheets were so comfortable, we didn't want to get our of the bed:) the interior decor was stunning, so much thought went in, we were inspired by it! In one word, stunning! Don't look any further, you won't regret staying at the villa.

I loved the sea view from our hotel room and how spacious the room was . The service was superb and nothing was too much for the staff there.
I also had a massage by Anna and honestly it was the best one I ever had and I get massages done once a month in the city but this one was amazing.Anna outdid herself.

This is a residential area that includes vacation rentals.
This is a residential area that includes vacation rentals. It was quiet and felt safe. There are no shops. There are several large concrete pools that fill with seawater and are used for swimming. There is one small restaurant near the swimming area that is open limited hours during the off season.

Our two beds apartment on the second floor overlooking the ocean. It has almost everything you may need in the house for a day to day living.. it has a little braai area and some outdoor chairs and little tables that can be used at the balcony. Quiet neighborhood

Its a quiet area, perfect if you want a peaceful get away as well as for fishing and surfing. Best place to eat @ Salt restaurant, maybe because it was near to our location. Its easy to get around once you familiarize yourself with the street names.
You need to ensure you have your own means of transport or reliable shuttle services when visiting this area.

Langstrand is beautiful, I never get enough BUT I very strongly discourage anyone from booking a privately managed apartment at Bayview, its a raw deal. My host was the greatest at being the worst. She had no respect for the market that the bayview brand had brought to her apartment. Be careful when making a booking at Bayview and ensure that the room/apartment is managed by Bayview and not some.private person
