Everything! It was in a nice quiet area, front desk staff are welcoming and polite and so are all the staff in dining area, bar, swimming pool and house keeping. My flight was delayed as such I arrived at the hotel almost midnight . The staff and the manager on duty upgraded me to another room which was available . The staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly . Problems were quickly attended . I want to give a big thank you to the staff who dealt with the bathroom issue and the hard work he puts in when in shift . They know who they are .
