The hotel is gorgeous, especially the gardens and pool area. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and helped me feel well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of items.

Marcia and Micheal, the owners, a Swiss-Guatemalan couple, are more than nice, extremely helpful and caring, as well as their personnel. The hotel is modern with a hot shower and high water pressure, which is really not standard in Nicaragua. It is a little oasis in the middle of Granada.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. Reception can even help to organise tours. The hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean. It's in the centre of Granada so plenty of options for restaurants. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of options. Management checked in with me several times to see if I was happy.

Beautiful historical property one block off the main rambla. Staff very friendly and speak very good English. Parking available around the corner for $4US/day. Our room was located right off the pool so a little noisy in the evening with people sitting around chatting. Four choices available for the included breakfast , excellent fresh juice! No restaurant but staff gave us very good suggestion for good restaurants near by. Good airconditioning, good hot water, great wifi.

Nice room with a wall of glass looking in to a garden. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast, friendly cats and a Dalmatian. Very helpful English speaking staff for booking tours and transport. I enjoyed staying there a lot.

The best stay we had so far in central america. Rooms are spacious. Pool is refreshing and food delicious. Staff was very nice and it was nice and quiet despite being located in the center of Granada.
