The heart of the place is definitely Sandra! She makes the hole stay just comfortable and welcoming! She even got my friend a birthday gift, us some coffee in the morning and she arranged us a tour to the canyon (plus the transport there).
The apartment is more than great - there is everything you need and it’s perfectly furnished! The kitchen was good equipment, so we could cook a several times.
Also the location in Somoto is really nice! Everything is nearby and we have to say, that Somoto is really worth a stay! It’s so modern and pretty!

Location was perfect! Right in Somoto canyon and the nature is amazing. Breakfast was a super good, a typical Nicaraguan breakfast. The staff was so friendly and took care of us super well!

The family running the hostel is so kind and warm. They try to accommodate all your needs. The food they serve is local and tasty. Simple facilities but functional. Located in a quiet area surrounded by cows, horses, dogs, chickens, cats... it's a nice countryside experience. They have a porch where you can relax after exploring the canyon or riding a horse.
