Our stay at the hotel in the beautiful yachting area was exceptional. The surroundings were stunning, adding to the overall charm of our visit. The accomodation part is very new and extremely comfortable. The reception and restaurant are a former milk dairy and beautifully converted. This is an upmarket establishment. The staff were friendly and very accomodating of my dietry limitations (gluten free and vegetarian), the food was excellent. The atmosphere with other guests was very pleasant. The location is a dream, next to a river with boats, ducks (lots of ducks) and the Friesian air quality made for a great night's sleep.
