We loved our stay at Mountain Spirit! Randell, Amanda and their son were very welcoming, accommodating and kind. Would happily stay there again in the future. The location was very idyllic. Not far from Hawea but it felt lovely and remote. It’s a very peaceful place to stay. The views of the mountains and stars were incredible. The facilities were clean and easy to use. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a nice information booklet with information about the area and some interesting New Zealand facts, a very nice touch!

it met our needs just fine. It had a beautiful view of the lake and was within steps of a great restaurant while still being a very serene environment. Lots of space to spread out.

Te view was amazing. Bed was good. They have renovated the bathroom which was very nice. And the lady at reception was great.
