We loved the remoteness, Mark was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent. Loved feeding the rainbow trout and the walk to the waterfall. Even though it was 6 km from the trail, the ride through the forest was pretty neat. Good covered in e bike charging station and a ride in Lokie halfway back to the trail. We weren't disappointed by any aspect of our stay

Travelling from Kerikeri, wanting accomodation for my dog as attending a unveiling the next day. Very accommodating to what time we came in or out plus the frequent dog walks.

Love the mulled wine (the best I've ever had in nz). The restaurant was full and the food was amazing, we had seafood chowder, pork ribs, and a burger. The room is spacious and love the idea of providing the electronic blanket.

We stayed in Gables B & B for two nights. The rooms are nice and cosy, and everything needed is available. The hosts are really friendly, always reachable and they even treated us with a bottle of wine. Highly recommended!

This property is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Beautifully presented, gorgeous gardens, massive rooms, quiet, and close to everything in Taumaranui.
