Just a lovely place, such a fantastic location & had complimentary bikes to go along. When our bikes didn’t work they gave us complimentary e-bikes! I really felt listened to & that is a first! Also they offer great deals with neighbouring restaurants (which are fantastic!!!)

Luke and his team were perfect hosts. Friendly, welcoming, super helpful - thank you so much again! The Hotel was perfectly located, seemed newly renovated and was very clean, comfy and had a great style. Free parking spots were available.

We were greeted by lovely, helpful, friendly people who went out of their way to suggest great places to eat and visit. The room was really comfortable and clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Sadly, we could only stay one night and wish it could have been more

Upon entering we are greeted by very professional staff to check us in. We were graciously upgraded to a king bed! The room, bathroom, and ammenities are all amazing. We have been road tripping around New Zealand and this hotel by far stood out amongst the rest we've stayed in.

Great place to stay, love the location. Received an upgrade to presidential suite, rooms are very nice. Restaurant and hotel bar are both excellent.
