From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was simply perfect. What truly stood out was the incredible staff – by far the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve encountered in all my years of traveling. Every interaction, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant service, was warm, genuine, and made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, but somehow still feels like a hidden gem – it’s seriously underrated for the quality it delivers. Great big "Thank you" to the manager Mr Jusup for making my stay comfortable, to Honey, Hamed at reception (sorry for forgetting the other names) for all your help, to Housekeeping for keeping me clean and tidy every day, to Tito and Sudhil at the Shisha bar for the nice coffees and tasty juices! The hotel is right in the centre of things. All you need is either on the same street or a few minutes' walk away...and it will be quite challenging to choose from the many restaurants around.

First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks No facilities for fun or family activities No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. Everything was good. NO issues at all. very good communication.

Visiting Muscat was truly one of the most memorable...

Visiting Muscat was truly one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. I really enjoy fishing, and the fishing spots there are absolutely incredible. The diving locations, like the famous cave dive, are simply out of this world. You'll find beautiful beaches with plenty of white sands and sparkling blue sea, perfect for relaxing. The food scene is fantastic, ranging from fine dining to casual eateries, and even local restaurants, all clean and very enjoyable. While the nightlife might not be as lively as in some other places, there are plenty of local spots where you can enjoy a fun evening with the residents. It’s a place that warmly welcomes you and offers something special at every turn.

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

We were interested in buying premium Omani‐frankincense from a Alluban Al Fakher store which was a short cab ride from the hotel. Their products are positioned as a high-quality, 100% natural resin harvested in Oman. It comes in a range of grades (e.g. Premium, Royal) and sizes (for example, 130g or 250g packs). The scent is rich and long-lasting with an “oriental” or traditional Omani aroma, suited for incense, gatherings, and for creating a serene, elegant atmosphere. For those seeking authenticity and purity, with emphasis on no additives, as well as suitable for both ritual/ambient burning and also wellbeing or spiritual uses.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
