We wanted some peace and quiet and this is exactly what we got: a lovely, spacious room away from the hustle and bustle. A terrace with a sea view. Comfortable beds. Friendly, professional staff. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were happy with our connecting rooms. Beautiful pool, nice and warm in December. Direct beach access to a lovely stretch of sand. Nice outdoor play area for kids with lawn games. Clean and spacious kids club. Large breakfast buffet with very nice choices. Great surprise to find the bowling alley at the property! Within walking distance of the Al Mouj marina, with great options for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

This is one of the most beautiful and welcoming beach hotels we have ever been to. The top highlights are the setting - the garden is a masterpiece in arabesque design that invites long walks among date palm trees, water canals and fountains. The personalized service is exceptionally good with a highly motivated staff passionate about making clients happy. The quality of the restaurants also stands out. The breakfasts are delicious, varied and well served. The three swimming pools are beautiful and pleasant to swim or just linger in the water heated to 30 degrees. We will be back!

Everything! and I felt all of the amenities and services came at a very good value for money. If you would like to spoil yourself in Oman for a good price (or at least it was so during our visit) for a few days, this would be a perfect pick. The Staff were also incredible! I remember Samir, the manager in charge, he and his staff had gone out of the way to make the visitors feel special. They also have a good Japanese restaurant at the top, and a bar from where you have a good view of the city.

The staff is amazing and they try their best to meet all requests. The room and all facilities are really clean. The breakfast buffet is decent and the swimming pool is on the terrace. There is free parking in front of the hotel and there are all types of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

The country offers variety of attractions, landscapes and community. Each place is unique and captivating. The citizens are inviting and non-judgmental. They are willing to chat with you and give you tips on where to visit and where to eat etc. I NEVER VISITED A COUNTRY THAT SMELLS SO GREAT. Oman has a unique smell of oud fragrance from the airport into the streets, malls, hotels. It is a more relaxing Middle East compare to Dubai and other countries.

First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks No facilities for fun or family activities No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. Everything was good. NO issues at all. very good communication.

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
