Our room was beautiful. The gardens are amazing, we have been spotting sloths, monkeys, lots of different species of hummingbird, toucan, and so much more. The breakfast was great and the staff always so helpful and welcoming. We went on a nature walk that Martin recommended to us with a resident biologist (Corinna) and we enjoyed it a lot! From the moment we arrived we were able to disconnect and just be present at this beautiful property. The staff were very attentive and friendly and always looking after us. The views are spectacular whether enjoying them from the deck, the pool or one of the two private beaches. Breakfast was well served and delicious. I'd highly recommend the granola. We enjoyed The Restaurante Bar El Pirata and Buena Vista both of which had excellent seafood and were on the water and the oceanfront scenery is beautiful. We enjoyed taking a boat around the islands. Getting around can be a challenge due to construction but the taxis are great. Big Creek is in our opinion the best place to stay in bocas.
Big Creek is in our opinion the best place to stay in bocas. As it is not right in the city and more towards the most famous surf beaches you get the best of both worlds. The Jungle here is so pure and the wildlife is amazing, there are monkeys, sloths and tucans jumping and flying all around you. The Taxi drive to the center costs 2 dollar per person and takes 7-8 minutes. By bike you´ll need approximateley 20 minutes. If you are looking for amazing Wildlife and some relaxing time out of the noisy "pueblo", then this is definitely the right place for you.Guest review bySvenFrance - 10.0

Bocas Town offers many services (supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes) and seaside hotels with cafe-bars around well-designed docks.
