Le Taha’a by Pearl Resorts is a hidden gem in French Polynesia — intimate, authentic, and utterly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived by boat, we felt transported to another world: a private island surrounded by turquoise lagoons, lush gardens, and the scent of vanilla carried on the breeze. Our overwater villa at the very end of the pontoon was nothing short of magical, offering complete privacy and panoramic views of the lagoon, the reef, and the silhouette of Bora Bora on the horizon. Every sunrise and sunset from our deck felt like a masterpiece painted just for us. The resort itself blends luxury with authenticity. The restaurants offered refined Polynesian and international cuisine, and dining under the stars on this private island felt beyond special. The coral gardens just steps away from our villa are among the best snorkeling spots we’ve ever experienced — alive with tropical fish, rays, and colorful corals. What truly sets Le Taha’a apart, though, is the people. The staff were warm, genuine, and always attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay was unforgettable. Le Taha’a by Pearl Resorts is not just a hotel — it is an island of dreams. If Bora Bora shines with glamour, Taha’a radiates soul, peace, and authenticity. This is the kind of place that stays with you forever, a once-in-a-lifetime escape we will always treasure.

The area really match the photos. Beautiful jungle garden with thousands of plants and beautiful tent bungalows. Everything was nice and clean and we really love it. Kitchen has everything you need and bathrooms are very comfy as well. Nice change from all the seaside accommodations. And Jessica and Tino are so welcoming hosts so you just feel great there. We had breakfast 2 times and the food was delicious made with love for sure. Thank you for your hospitality we really enjoyed!

Where should I start: - the garden - Eleonora - I felt so comfy in my little hut - the food and company of Eleonora (my French is so little, but she is a beautiful soul and it was still possible for us to talk) - it was so easy for me to hitchhike in Tahaa, so location wise was super fine :)

The view, the peace and quiet, the atmosphere, the people, the incredible food by the talented chef Max, even for vegan food. it’s a shame the restaurant is only open to guests—it really deserves to be experienced by more people. When we left, we truly regretted not booking a few more nights—it was that amazing!

Everything! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The A/C was cold. Refrigerator and kitchenette was nice to have. We snorkeled off the dock and got a water taxi to also spend a few hours on the motu to snorkel the coral gardens. We really loved everything about this accommodations. We even rented a car from them for a day to drive the island. The staff really go out of their way and it was really nice.

Super location.

Super location. On the broader Tahaa island, we visited the “Vallée de la Vanille”, la ferme perlière “Love Here”, we dived at the “Au phil du temps” spot and went also diving at the “jardin du corail” next to the motu Tutae, which was an outstanding experience thanks to our host Lorenzo. We ate at the “Top food” restaurant which I recommend and rented our car at “Monique location” which I also recommend.
