This place is hidden gem. Away from the noise of Puerto Princessa, lies this beautiful small hotel. Staff is very kind and helpful. Restaurant creates delicious and tasteful meals from sunrise till sunset. Talking about sunset, this hotel has the best view on the entire island. It was so good that I proposed to my girlfriend purely because the views and setting ;)

The location was beautiful and the food was the best that we had in palwan. The host was lovely and very accommodating. The bed was comfy and the stay was amazing, the sound of the sea was so relaxing. If you stay here you will be helping fund the village.

We loved this hotel. The staff are excellent and the hotel is modern and very clean. We stayed here for 2 nights only so wanted to be close to the airport and it was perfect. The pool and gym are excellent and the breakfast is good. The hotel organised for us to see the underground river too.

The hotel is like an oasis with a lovely tropical vibe. The staff were exceptional. They arranged an early check in seeing that my wife was unwell. Day to day service was amazing. Arranging trips, taxis etc. the staff on reception was so so helpful. We do tend to go out and explore restaurants nearby but the onsite restaurant and bar was so good we stayed there for a couple of evenings. Food in restaurant was great. Good choice of breakfast options. Big thank you to Che and Mau. I have stayed in bigger and higher started hotels in the Philippines but the Hibiscus was exceptionally brilliant. One of my all time favorites. Room was huge with its own private garden. Spotless and filtered water available.

We had a great stay for 3 nights in Daluyon Resort and everything was perfect!Great location right on the beach with all the facilities you would need,good food and wifi coverage,excelent and prompt communication before reaching the hotel in answering my questions and arranging the transfers and tours. We like the service, staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Also we love the amenities, from bathtub in our room, different types of outdoor pools (like jacuzzi, kiddie pool, pool with slide) and we went to the sandbar by kayak. We really enjoyed them all. The facilities are clean and elegant too. Nicely designed lobbies, restaurant, even the toilets.

We did the underground river tour.

We did the underground river tour. It was rainy but still worth it. It was one of the most unique experience for us to see how the river caves formed and all the different stalagtites and stalagmites formation Other attractions we would probably like to see is Honda Bay.

We didnt spend a lot of time in the Puerto itself sadly, given our resort was 90 minutes away but we made a couple of day trips and Puerto seems more relaxed & laid back than most cities in the Philippines with plenty of activities.

Every day I walked from the hotel to Sabang wharf on the beach and on one day had coffee, adobo and itlog in a small cafe there. Everyone was very friendly, and I bought some Pasalubong, when they did not have my tee shirt size, they went to another shop to get it for me and to get change when I gave them 1000 peso note. I asked directions to the falls, but no one was exactly sure where it was or how long it would take to get there. The place was secure (police station at the wharf and coastguard and army regularly on patrol in the area. I eventually found the park that a friend recommended (5 km from the hotel) and had an excellent buffet lunch there twice and again they made Chester very welcome, the park was free and had some interesting, recycled artworks and a tribute to the devastation in the area by Typhoon Odette- well worth a visit. Also visit Buenavista viewpoint- the local community run it and you can get Buko juice, coffee, snacks and Pasalubong plus take great photos of the bay

Worst public ride rates, not regulated, mostly a rip-off. The streets are unsafe with so many potholes, no street cleaners to keep the dust away. I appreciate the vehicles stopping when a person crosses the street.
