Great location and cosy rooms! The room was very clean and really close to the center of General Luna, which makes easy to walk for restaurants and bars in the evening. Erwen, and Ina, who managed the property were very helpful and arranged all the activities and tours for us. They also provided a lot of recommendations on how to spend our days in the island! Thanks guys! We’ll definitely come back when we visit again Siargao 😊

The manager James was very friendly and offered to assist us with a number of services to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and smelt like eucalyptus :) The hotel is in a nice quiet location, only a very short tuk-tuk drive away from restaurants down the road. Even though the hotel is still under construction, I would be very excited to go back and see it upon completion.

The people at Fat Lips Lodge are incredibly welcoming, especially since it was our first time in Siargao. Sir Tim and Ms. Din were very accommodating, and the staff made us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and it felt like we had been staying there for much longer. The lodge itself is cozy, beautifully designed, and has a relaxing atmosphere that perfectly matched the island vibe. We especially loved the spacious rooms and comfortable amenities. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and local attractions, and they also offer motorcycles for rent, which was a huge plus – we didn’t need to look elsewhere. Overall, our stay in Siargao was great, and Fat Lips played a big part in making it memorable. We can’t wait to go back and stay longer at Fat Lips – it truly made our time in Siargao unforgettable!

We really enjoyed this accommodation. Casa Basa is new and very nice and stylish. Everything is clean. The location is calm, so when you want to rest a little bit from the night life in General Luna, that’s the place. Also the food was very good there, we liked their breakfasts and coffee. Owner Ralf and his family are so nice and helpful, we were feeling really good here, they are so warm, kind and hospitable. They help us a lot with our traveling trough the island. Everything was perfect highly recommended!

Everything was as described and even better! Staff were genuinely helpful, food was great and the facilities were in a mint condition. Best parts for me were the really relaxed vibes and peaceful beachfront location offering magnificent views to the ocean! Very central. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The bed was large and comfortable. There’s hot water in the shower and a proper size tv. Enjoyed the balcony too. You can’t beat this spot for the price.

Beautiful property and very well maintained! Our villa was lovely and had both an indoor and outdoor shower. Staff were all warm, kind and friendly and responded quickly to requests and concerns (via a group WhatsApp chat that they create once you check in). Good wifi too. The beach in front is suitable for swimming as it is calm (October). Sandy beach. Sandy Feet has no pool but guests can use the pool at the sister property, The Village, just behind Sandy Feet across the road. Peaceful place that invites you to relax.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the staff were SO accommodating and friendly. It’s situated in the perfect location, walking distance from a bunch of great restaurants and bars but the accommodation itself had a very calm, relaxing and serene feel to it. The room was wonderful and clean as was the pool. I would go back in a heartbeat - thank you to the wonderful staff!

The property is very pretty and clean. They upkeep the property very well and the property is across from the beach, which is great. We really liked how we were not in the busy General Luna but could easily get there by scooter. The staff is really the nicest!! Would highly recommend!!

General Luna is an ideal place for surfers (from enthusiast to pro). Although, hoping my next coming will be improved) but for us working remotely anywhere, data internet is a bit challenge specially if there is a typhoon. This is near to activity and go-to places (party and food).

Burgos is a quiet place with easy access to Pacifico Beach for surfing and to the main attractions in the north, with motorbike rentals, fresh fish and fruit markets, and great restaurants that will grill the fish you buy for you.

At first I kinda did not like the way going to the exact place, but when we found out the other way/easiest way, we felt relieved. The owner was very accommodating and also the in-charge cum reservation/receptionist, she was very kind and helpful, she had given us all the information regarding the places where we should go and enjoy. It was a very short stay but a worthy one, very affordable and family friendly homestay.

I was too early for good waves, but is an amazing place! The island is so beautiful, the people is great! Is a really save place and friendly. Local vendors do not bother you. Lot of traffic, but good vibes all the time! Love Siargao

Dapa was not our destination just a pass through.

Dapa was not our destination just a pass through. I stayed at Club Tara Near Sohoton Cove. The reason for the overnight stay in Dapa was because the PAL flight landed after the last ferry from Dapa to Socorro. Remember to research the ferry times for Dapa to Socorro. Do not pay P 5k from Dapa for a ferry. This is a scam. This review is from April 2022 and the area was hit with a typhoon in December 2021 and is opening back up after the pandemic.

We spent some afternoons going around General Luna, and it truly gave us that relaxing island vibe. We visited different restaurants, and most of them have a modern island style that still keeps the local charm. You can really feel that the island is improving and growing, with new cafés, shops, and beach spots popping up, yet it still keeps its peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The people are welcoming, the sunsets are stunning, and the beaches are absolutely beautiful. Whether you’re into surfing, food trips, or just relaxing by the sea, General Luna is a must-visit destination. ✨ Highly recommended for travelers who want to experience the true beauty, warmth, and chill vibe of Siargao Island.

Burgos is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Siargao.

Burgos is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Siargao. It's a lot more peaceful than down south but there are beautiful and much les crowded places to explore. There's good 4G signal so you can stay connected but just travelling 15 minutes further north and you're totally off grid which is great. Easy to get to Secret Spot and Tangbo beach for surfing, Alegria beach for tanning and swimming, Tak Tak falls for cooling off in the heat, Kolekbibo, Lokal Hub and Izustarri for tasty food/drinks and lovely views!

I had a problem with the booking because Alexias hostel...

I had a problem with the booking because Alexias hostel there are 2 units. One in El Nido and other in Siagao. When we booked to Siagao as a mistake but we stayed at El Nido unit. So I can talk about Alexias El Nido: You that read my review, should meet this place when you come to El Nido, even to take some beer or a te or a cofe in the sunset. The hostel is open to receive you just to chill with the view. The place is amazing! Need be discovered

General Luna is the most touristy part of Siargao.

General Luna is the most touristy part of Siargao. Lots of stores, shops, restaurants around. Easily walkable, but also accessible by tricycle/tuktuk. It's a bit too busy for me as I prefer more quiet and peaceful spot for accomodation. But if you prefer to party and have the convenience of everything being close by, then Gen Luna is a good spot for you.

Poor water pressure in the bathroom.

Poor water pressure in the bathroom. Air conditioning was not working. No extra fans available. Care taker not helpful. I had to book extra room to accommodate my group since the original room they gave us is too hot, aircondition not working, no fan and windows won’t close. I had to pay extra money for the inconvenience.
