The owners are very helpful and friendly. Everything is super clean and new. Nice place if you don't like crowds and tourist spots. You would need a scooter for sure, but it’s easy to rent it at the reception. Breakfast is good! Be ready for roosters and other village sounds. But it makes it special. Had a lovely stay at this beachfront hotel. The room was very spacious, with a beautiful pool view, and the bathroom was equally roomy and well-designed. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is fantastic—close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops, with tuk-tuks readily available. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Tip: go for a high-floor room on the left side—this gives you the best of both worlds: sunrise views from your doorway and a stunning sunset sky from your balcony.

Peace and quiet, ideal to relax with loads of activities on offer if the relaxation part gets too much. The beach bungalows with their own pool permit total seclusion. We were afraid of the food on offer having read bad critiques, but were impressed by the choice, variety and quality of what we were served. Shout out to Mark, who pampered us and served us exquisite cocktails He and the kitchen staff surprised us night after night. Hello kitchen, your fish dishes, to die for! Not only is there nothing to complain but hats off to them for the delicious experience we had. Cuisine is top notch. Water Sports Centre, you guys are awesome, thank you for the boat excursion, we had you and the boat all to ourselves and you went out of your way to make sure we had everything we wanted, saw everything and snorkeled everywhere and had such a memorable experience. Thank you too for sharing the coconut harvest with us and finding the paddle blade I lost.

You're promised a true taste of luxury at this resort - and it delivers 👌 We had a relaxing and refreshing stay at this resort. The staff are friendly and eager to help. The rooms are comfortable and classy. We fell in love with the comfort of the bed. You're only a minute away from the beach, and the pools are to die for. You have options between adult and kid pools. You can rotate between pools and never get bored. The best views are from the main adult only pools where you get to see the skyline and the ocean. The sunsets at Alona Beach are popular for a reason - it does get crowded on the beach, but it's worth it. Breakfast buffets are good. While the range isn't massive, the taste is delicious - especially the sweets! The in room dining experience and quality is top notch. My favorite highlight was enjoying the in-pool walk up bar and just cooling down in the pools.

Bellevue resort is absolutely gorgeous, the facilities are top notch, from the reception, the restaurant the rooms the common bathrooms, the gardens, the beach everything is spotlessly clean. Talk about aesthetic places this is one of them.The staff is amazing always smiling and ready to help.I misplaced my phone by the beach and they did their best to help me find it which I did. The breakfast spread is really good and has many options. One of the best beaches I have ever seen. Loved the daily turn down services too they would give us a box of snacks every evening. Loved the Welcome necklace that they give you by the entrance . The attention to detail is amazing. They also have games and a fire shows during some evenings. I would stay here over and over again.

There is a lot to see and visit in Cebu City.

There is a lot to see and visit in Cebu City. It appears the city is riding a wave of investment with lots pf construction everywhere. However some of the main roads and streets are very congested and the government will have to come up with a plan soon to fix this problem before the entire network is choked. This traffic problem will deter international visitors. Cebu is a city with lots of scenery and looked after environmental areas.

I love Boracay — this is my fourth visit and my second this...

I love Boracay — this is my fourth visit and my second this year. My first two visits were before the rehabilitation, and I’m happy to see the positive changes. It made me fall in love with Boracay even more. I didn’t do many water activities this year — just tried paraw sailing. Boracay is also perfect when you’re simply taking it slow and relaxed.

We have not maximized our Panglao trip but since we rented an Oceanview room, we get all the sea energy we needed haha. Virgin Island was also close during our stay so we have to come back for that some other time. Beach in general is perfect especially Alona Beach side.

To be honest it isn't a particularly scenic island. I was there to complete my scuba training. In hindsight, I should have gone elsewhere in the Philippines. The people are very friendly, but they are everywhere in the Philippines. I would suggest avoiding the island and Cebu city. You would be better off in Bohol etc. Far more beautiful.

Moalboal is a lively resort, lots of bars and restaurants. Beaches nearby are white sand and accessible. Badian beach a short ride away and less crowded than Moalboal. Popular waterfalls a short trip away. Easy bike hire.

Though a small city, with the St Agustin Church & Plaza being the main attraction, the outskirts are beautiful and offer lot of things to do like in Silay, where beautiful Ancestral Heritage homes still stand after more than a century, as well as, very good food trip like El Ideal for their divine crispy thin piayas, guapple pie, and more. Pahanocoy is another outskirt that’s just a 20-minute public bus ride from SM Mall to organic farm FreshStart Organic & Natural where I had exquisite culinary experience in their Lanai Restaurant, 1 of 4, in its organic grounds. The owners & staff even made the time to welcome and visit with me and share their passion of sustainable organic farm to table dining experiences!!!! Dumaguete is like all the other centres, chaotic, polluted and without any sense of road rules . As with all of the Philippines there are annoying minor charges (take a motorcycle on a ferry and find out) and corruption . So far nothing unusual. Rizal boardwalk offers light entertainment. Oh, don’t expect much from the tourist office. They are not much help.information of an exact nature is very hard to come by. The town is passable.

Outside resort very run down and poor not like Ayala area Mainly for Koreans as 90% of food outlets cater To visit main seaside mall upwards of 700peso each way Can be difficult getting transport back
