⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay – We’ll Definitely Be Back! We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Poland and can’t recommend it highly enough. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is fantastic for skiing — truly ski-to-door convenience — which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. We had a car with us, and the hotel’s car park was brilliant — large, easy to access, and completely free, which was a huge bonus. The spa facilities were outstanding and the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free, and the staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. We experienced a 6-hour travel delay and were worried about arriving so late, but the hotel could not have been more accommodating. They reassured us, welcomed us warmly when we finally arrived, and even allowed a much later check-out on our departure day, which made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be returning!

Spent a week here and liked it a lot. The hotel is very well located, has nice mountain views and skibus stop is like 100m from the hotel. The hosts were very nice and easy to reach. The breakfasts were tasty and the hosts made their best to vary the meals. Breakfast time is 8-10, so one needs to hurry, to hop on the first ski lift at 9. The public kitchenette while being small offers enough appliances. Special thanks for the coffee machine available 24/7. Hotel also offers ski storage with the boot dryer.

Hotel is quit new, with beautiful "Scandinavian meets Alpine style" interior, great facilities - spa zone with jacuzzi, various saunas, salt room etc., children play room, nice reception - and wonderful extras - cakes and tea in afternoon, movie evenings with popcorn for kids, The location of hotel is great for experiencing Poland's Tatra Mountains and Zakopane if you travel by car. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

We liked everything, the environment, the location, the accommodation. The room was comfortable with the clean bathroom, balcony with a great view. Also a wonderful playroom for children at the same upstairs. The included breakfast was varied with local produce, very fresh and tasty ( a big plus ).

Nicely located, next to a supermarket, close to ski lift and thermal bath. Facilities are great, nicely decorated restaurants with delicious local food. Jacuzzi in the basement. Room was super clean with sufficient size. The balcony facing the snowy mountains, spectacular view!

The hotel is clean and the wellness is probably one of the best I have ever seen. Breakfast was fantastic. It was served untill 10:00, but it was 9:45 and the crew has still added fresh food on the table. Absolutely great attitude. Clean room and nice bathrooms.

That was a great stay. The place is much closer to slopes than other hotels (not negligible with all the gear on the shoulder). The room is quite spacious for mountain resort standards. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

Beautiful little village/town on the foothills.

Beautiful little village/town on the foothills. Much less crowded and touristy than Zakopane. If you don't need the buzz then Bialka is rather perfect I'd say: the trails and roads are still really close and the town has all the services and facilities you would want. Plus, it has some beautiful architecture.

Bialka turned out to be far from Zakopane --> with transportation. And there's a sad fact that transportation from/to Zakopane is so hard and rare. If you have a car it'll be wonderful for you, Small, cozy, lovely, and people are nice. If you can depend on Hitchhiking, you'll also manage there, although people are not used to it and they thought we're waving so they waved back and smiled. But ofc some people stopped and took us with them.

It's a brilliant resort.

It's a brilliant resort. Lovely gentle pistes, affordable restaurants, ski hire and passes. Everything is relaxed but it is super organised. Highly recommend but just for a few days. Due to the price being less than normal ski resorts we were able to enjoy other activities such as skidoos, thermal baths, meals out etc. It's was great!
