The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Great location, bus stop to Zakopane around the corner, 10 mins walk to Bukovina Terms. Comfortable mattress, good-sized bathroom and shower. Beautiful view from the terrace. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect to use after hiking to Morskie Oko. I'll definitely be back.

Beautiful and cozy hotel with an astonishing view. Nice rooms, great beds, good choice of dishes for breakfast. A lot of places to go: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage. Very clean allover. Beautiful green territory. Spacious parking lot. A great aqua park in just 5 minutes drive. Great choice of restaurants with local food and incredible view nearby.

We stayed for 2 nights with two small kids. It's a fabulous facility, our appartment had mountain views, gorgeous interior design, well equipped. Short walk to the centre of Bukowina. Upon arrival, we were very warmly and cordially welcomed by the owner. She gave us some very valuable tips on where and what we can do. We really enjoyed the home-cooked breakfasts. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are very tastefully finished, cleanliness 10/10
