The place is exceptional, everything is perfect. The hosts are wonderful, friendly, helpful, interesting and just plain lovely people. The building and surrounds are perfect in every detail, right down to the live stork nest cam. The choice of meals each night is small but the selection caters for most tastes. The upside of a small menu is quality, the food is some of the best I have ever tasted, anywhere in the world. The ingredients are fresh, local and cooked to absolute perfection! The location is also perfect for access to lots of activities and offered kayaks and bikes for guests to use.

One of the best places I've ever been to! Great place to relax in nature! A stunning hotel with stylish rooms surrounded by stunning scenery. Friendly, cheerful staff, excellent service, incredibly tasty food and aesthetics in every detail create an atmosphere of true comfort. I booked this place for my parents and they were very glad with the way they were accommodated and looked after. Beautiful, peaceful place where you can recharge your flat battery.
Private access to the beach was a massive bonus. Super nice hosts and extremely comfortable beds! Highly recommended!!!

The breakfast was excellent. It included the traditional Polish items we have grown to like, like sweet cream cheese filled pancakes. The location is in the countryside near lake Wigry. There is a kennel next door and a program for hosting older dogs. There were many dogs and puppies.

Brilliant quiet location by the lake. Easy walk to bus stop for flixbus to Lithuania. Were able to leave our car in their car park till our return. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had an excellent meal.

Slightly underdeveloped, with little information available hence one has to explore and discover. Perfect for watersports, with plenty of options available (but you have to explore yourself ...). Most breath-takingly beutiful nature and landscapes. National Park status assures peace and quiet. A perfect place to re-charge one's batteries. Great walking and biking trails. Rezydencja Nad Wigrami also offers bicycle rentals and a fully equipeed campsite complete with showers, fire pit and plenty of room. The woods are beautiful and meadows are full of flowers.

We didn't go beyond the accomodation complex but that had several activities available anyway. You could purchase a fire pit evening, go fishing, go swimming in the lake and I'm sure there would be more available if you wanted. The restaurant food was decent.

The interior of the hotel is really beautiful.
Room and all the public spaces were very clean.
Room was spacious and well equipped with a kettle and coffee maker etc.
Pool area was nice and cozy.
Staff was very friendly. Only one of the restaurant staff didn't speak English but we managed never the less.
Breakfast buffet had a great selection and was tasty.

A very nice city situated on 3 lakes with tour boats to take you on a nice trip on those lakes. I pretty much ate my meals at the Pensjonat Zagielek where I was staying as their restaurant serves delicious meals. They even have daily specials a few days of the week. It is an easy walk or drive to the downtown area with mostly flat ground. A very scenic city. Well marked road signs for getting back onto highways .
