This was a really nice hotel. Our room was large and comfortable. We used the indoor pool and hot tub which were nice though closes at 8pm. The restaurant was a bit overpriced and did not have many non-seafood options but the food was good and the atmosphere was elegant.

Very nice hotel. Good location. We were very well received. Very friendly and attentive owner. The communal areas (kitchen, lounge) are well kept and well equipped. The private double room is very nice and cosy. It was great to have a heating system as the air was quite damp. We stayed there in winter and we were mostly the only guests. Don't hesitate to come and visit Alexandra :)

Hot water 24/7 , Huge white towels, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, space and large rooms, strong Wi-Fi, a short walking distance to the supermarket, the ferry and the city center, and the host is sympathetic and available to solve any questions and provide information.i wish all my places in Azores bee like this great place, although some were very disappointing

Great place to stay in Pico, in one of the most beautiful parts of the island. The house itself was very good: large, comfy bed; well-equipped kitchen and a nice terrace with fantastic views over the mountain.

I whis we could give Gonzalo and his team an higher score than 10!!!! The location was amazing as the rooms. But the kindness of Gonzalo, and his team, overcome any expectations! He is the exact definition of a person that does his job with love. It was great to meet him!!!
