The view from the main restaurant/lobby bar was probably the best in the the area, especially sunset. Loved the fact the staff made an effort to help some small cute stray puppies. We will definitely stay again

BulgariaWonderful welcoming with local homemade drinks. The hotel offers also dinner which is comfy after ski and the food (both dinner and breakfast) was homemade and very tasty. The SPA is very small, but we were alone in it and it was very romantic and a very relaxing experience. The hotel is quiet and cosy.

Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!Guest review byBugayTurkey

The house is on beautiful tourist walking routs - 1 hour slow walk to Treska peak (exceptional!!!!! views) and about 2 hours to the Obelisk (close to Pancic peak). By car 12 min from Kopaonik ski resort. Located in the forest (other sites nearby are overbuilt in high modern architecture and overcrowded). We had comfortable beds and large rooms, 2 sofas in the living room, and 2 bedrooms - one with single and 1 with double bed. There was a kitchenette with everything in one corner of the living room. Also you can order dinner/breakfast in the house if you want. The internet is very good. Free parking. Accepted us late at night, since the host lives in the house. In winter it is very warm - with central heating. We went for 3 nights and stayed 4. Accessible by road by car - gps led us to a sort of crossroad where there is a wooden sign with the name of Villa Kostic and you must make a sharp turn to the left and drive to the end.Guest review byDanielaBulgaria

The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. We received the Easter special package, which turned out to be great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The meal service was also well organized, with food constantly being refilled and no long lines. The kids' playroom was a big hit, and the daily activities for children were a great way to keep them entertained—and give parents a bit of a break. The holiday brunch was a lovely touch, and the outdoor pool with warm water was especially enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which was another plus. We visited in low season, so definitely that also has it's effect, we prefer travelling when it's not overcrowded. The staff was wonderful and pleasant from the front desk to everyone else. Kudos to them for keeping their positive energy and being kind. The pool and spa was super clean which I also liked and appreciated. The pool isn't too deep, it's just 1,4m which we found perfect for some relaxing swimming and the ideal length to do some circles. I loved the breakfast and dinner options as the food varied everyday and we had "homemade options" which I really appreciated having fresh salads, soups, several dishes and options for everyone's taste. The apartment was big, clean, cosy, with very well equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (only 1 toilet but 2 showers) , was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast was various and delicious. It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good night out. It is a place where you should come to relax and enjoy bath in their very hot spring water. It is especially good during winter - this little pool with hot water is outside and works even when there's snow. There is also an aqua park but it works during summer. The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season place looks almost deserted. Really bad infrastructure, roads falling apart, lacking parking, thrash thrown around the place, new buildings keep popping up without any sane planning. The ski slopes are nice when they work, but the real season is really short which means that when there is good snow it gets overcrowded, out of peak season most of the slopes are closed and you are skiing more on mud then snow.Guest review byIgorSerbia - 10.0

Jošanička Banja is known for its thermal hot springs. Anyoune who's visiting only for this will enjoy it. The spa center is very small. It can accommodate just a dozen people. Everything more than that will be crowded. Aside from that, there's really not much to do. You'll see the whole town in one day and that's it. The good thing is that it's near the ski resort Kopaonik (25km) so you could theoretically stay in Jošanička Banja if you plan a skiing trip and save some money for the accommodation, but do calculate the fuel to get to/from the ski-centre because the altitude difference is more than a 1000 meters.Guest review byIvanSerbia - 10.0
