The location is perfect in the heart of the city centre. Staff is very friendly and polite,happy to answer all your questions. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Our room was on the top floor,we got up in the morning and it was covered in snow,made our trip to Pirot even more magical. Defenetly would recommend and stay there again.

We were here on layover during our trip to Greece. We heard from our friends about restaurant so when we saw that now they offering rooms for staying there we decided to book here. It was great experience. Owner is very welcoming person, provided us with everything we needed. Staff was great. Food in the restaurant just amazing. If you stay here you just have to try local specialities. Especially local cheese. Hvala na gostoprimstvu, vidimo se opet.

Communication with the host was excellent. He communicates and replies very quickly. Host was nice, pleasant, accommodating and helpful. If you need something, just tell him. Host was very nice and had no problem with our later arrival (as we have been stayed a long at borders) - I messaged him, that we will come later as we agreed because of the borders and he was very accommodating and replied my messages immidiatelly. He is living next to this studio so he had no problem to wait for us and to show and to explain us everything right after our arrival. I really recommend this host. He is very accomodating. This accomodation is stylish, modern and clean. There is also climatization and it works very well. I highly recommend both - accommodation as well as the host.

Beautiful flat located on the 4th floor of a new building (with a lift). The place is closed by the city centre (less than 10 mn walk), in front of Lidl opened everyday from 7am to 10pm and near by a commercial area with many shops, but the place is quiet. Easy to park a car around the building. The apartment is also well furnished with brand new furniture : very comfortable bed, nice and functional kitchen and giant tv screen with many foreign channels. Wifi connection and washing machine are good. The owner and his father are very helpful and friendly, they are always here if you have any question. The cleaning of the flat is also included. I spent one month here for professional purpose, they can give you an invoice if you need it. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay, you cannot be deceived.

It’s an apartment on the second floor (separate from apartment below), two rooms, comfortable mattresses, functional kitchen, etc. Besides, the host (who lives on the first floor) is a total stud. Zero drama when we asked for certain things like an extra ventilator, bulb change and delivered as promised. He’s very kind and chill.

This was my second time staying here. Everything is perfect - the owners are very nice, they will make sure you have everything you need and they will be at your disposal. They also make you a cup of coffee to welcome you when you arrive. The apartments are nice, comfortable, clean and neat, and everything is functioning. Apart from this, the view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking, just like in the photos. There is a small mountain river around the corner, and you can hear the water at night, very calming. The location is good too, easy to find and you can easily reach hiking trails.
