Absolute gem!
Absolute gem! such a lovely little town with plenty of cafes, restaurants, market and vibrant atmosphere. Vrnjacka Terma was very good, though a little bit busy because of school break. I would defifinetely come back in summer when Aquapark is open!

Beautiful town next to the Ibar river. Lots of greenery, nice coffee shops and good restaurants. Lots of history in the town and surroundings. Mineral monasteries, mountains for hiking, and outdoor sport facilities.

It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good night out. It is a place where you should come to relax and enjoy bath in their very hot spring water. It is especially good during winter - this little pool with hot water is outside and works even when there's snow. There is also an aqua park but it works during summer. Josanicka Banja is close to Kopaonik ski center, so you can combine skiing and relaxing in hot pool.

We visited only the side closest to Vrnjačka Banja so I'll refer to it.
Goč is a mountain just enough populated, not too crowded and not empty. People are welcoming and warm. There's a restaurant next to the modest ski slopes, together they make a center of the happenings on Goč. The restaurant offers domestic meals of good quality. A good choice for a few hours walk is a lake that is placed not far away, 3-4 km. Nearby, there is a terrain for basketball and a small church.
What Goč misses is a market.
Though, it cannot brag with a rich content, the air and water quality are amazing. It is a perfect choice if you want to unplug for a few days.

The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season place looks almost deserted.
Really bad infrastructure, roads falling apart, lacking parking, thrash thrown around the place, new buildings keep popping up without any sane planning.
The ski slopes are nice when they work, but the real season is really short which means that when there is good snow it gets overcrowded, out of peak season most of the slopes are closed and you are skiing more on mud then snow.

As for the tourist potential of the city, it is very small...except for the beautiful monument in the city center and the beautiful monastery of Zica, which is located 4 km from the city center, there is nothing else to see.
