We liked everything about this hotel. But especially the very competent staff, very helpful in booking activities for us out side of the hotel, like the Sargan eight ride and the Uvac river cruise. Very welcoming and accomodating.

We had an amazing stay at Vila Borova! All the rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect - close to the city center yet peaceful and relaxing. The wellness and spa facilities are excellent, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. I accidentally left a tiny earring in the room, and the team was able to find it - really appreciate their care. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend Vila Borova to anyone visiting Zlatibor.

I’ve seen it all on Zlatibor, however this new hotel left we speechless. Absolutely astonishing, starting with the interior to the 5 star service. Love it!

We stayed only one night on our way to Montenegro, but this place is worth longer stay! The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean, with beautiful view on the lake and city center. Personnel is very friendly and helpful, even though with some linguistic issues, but translator app solved all problems :-) The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was very reach and diverse. The restaurant itself serves extremely good food, so we decided to have a lunch there on our way back to Belgrade.

The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all.
